No exhaust from the hood. Lots of break and tear floor , walls and cabinet. And the price is $889.00 for 1 bedroom apartment. Fridge has a broken drawer in it. The bathroom is terrible. They raised the price for 1 bedroom, from $889.00 to $102.04per month there's should be a law for this. That is $200.00 more. That's is only the 2 apartment of what they moved me. The first apartment there is no air conditioning and I stayed there for a year I keep calling for maintenance and the water coming out under the floor and started to flood inside the apartments.

Had to take a strike on credit for familys health. Unfortunately nothing protects tenants from mold and roaches, even after complaints and filled out move in sheet so it was documented. My baby was picking roaches off the floor. A pipe came undone upstairs and it was like a horror movie of COCKROACHES under attack. I no lie it was HUNDREDS in our bathroom cabinet. Large Hole in the wall when we moved in took months to get filled, also arisk to our baby. After Lucy entered into our apartment because we were holding rent due to issue, We moved but of course they want their money. So sad

There’s mold in the apartments! Stay away! They are beautiful but the management is heartless and greedy for money.

It's a hole in the wall they had a pool but they closed it. They don't spray for roaches and they broke the lease. Every one move out! The landscape isn't good, the roads has pot holes in them and the rent is high! We are going to move soon. I wouldnt stay here for free!!! And they need to give me back my deposit or they will be talking to my attorney
