Melissa is the literal best. She is quick, efficient, and she always gets the vein on the first time. Most of the times, it hasn't even hurt at all! I would highly recommend going here (make an appt online) and requesting Melissa :)

The Staff was socializing with each other while people wait. There were two people in the back and one patient…how long does it have to take to get bloodwork done. I waited 45 minutes before two appointments walked in and got bumped

The phlebotomist is wonderful, the wait times are atrocious. They desperately need to stop being so greedy and hire more staff.

The last time I got my blood drawn at Quest I passed out. As a result, I’ve been extremely anxious about having to get blood work done again. However when my doctor sent me to BioReference I was pleasantly surprised. The lab felt clean and well taken care of and the staff were so nice. I made an appointment at 11:30 and was out the door by 12:10. The phlebotomist made the procedure as quick and painless as possible and I couldn’t be more grateful. I will always recommend this place over Quest any day.

The lady working there was absolutely incredible, however the conditions this greedy company puts her through along with their patients is appalling. My appointment was at 8am and my wives was at 8:30am. We finally left at approximately 9:30am.When we arrived there was 4 people ahead of us and when we left there was 10 people waiting.Shame on this company for treating people like this for a bigger bottom line!One and a half hours to get blood drawn is pathetic!

I was severely injured at this facility.There was one person on staff, answering phones with a lobby full of patients waiting, and my blood test required five or six tubes of blood. Instead of asking me to reschedule, she stabbed at my arm for at least 20 minutes, saying "blown out" a few times. I was horrified and said I'd reschedule.Unbelievable.I consider it a public service to post my experience.

This morning was my first time using bio reference for labs. If I could’ve given 10 stars on my experience I would! Tonya was very polite and professional to me and all the clients. She was experiencing network issues that may have increased wait times slightly but unlike the network she was proficient and positive. I hope Tonya and bio reference doesn’t go unnoticed for their A+ service and attitude.

Infuriating to say the least. Where is the management of this place?? Made appt online, was not honored my appt time. Don’t offer the appts, if you aren’t going to honor them. People have to take time off work. It’s extremely poor customer service. Save yourself the headache and go to Quest. They at least respect your appointment time.
