If I could give them 10 stress, I would! Dr. Danielle and her crew at Parkway are amazing! They are so understanding about my dogs reactivity and how challenging he can be. Robert is my Tech hero! He's so good with Tonka, and Bless him, he takes care of him so Good. I just can't say enough about how good these people treat me and my baby! I'm grateful for Parkway Animal Hospital. HUGE Thank yous to Dr. Danielle, Robert, Maddie, Karen, and everyone there!

Have been going here for years through all the changes of staff and redesign. Some Doctors were better than others but, we are very happy with Dr. Russell and her staff. Everyone is efficient, professional, friendly and caring.

Sorry to say the receptionist Chris is very rude and then when I informed him of it he gets even worse and place me on hold and I was sitting in the loop until it went back to him again saying someone will help you and placed me on hold again knowing he’s the only one taking calls.

I have been going to Parkway for many years and the staff are always helpful, kind, courteous, and Explain procedures, cost, and the effects for my Black Bombay Cat, "Panther"-puss, & my German Shepherd, "KIRA".... Dr. Pridgeon and his Tech Robert did a great job with both Especially "KIRA" considering how nervous she was the First Visit. The meds administered just before the second visit this week worked out great.... I appreciate the Detailed Paper Work which has easy to understand every task performed. They provide a great experience for my animals. Thank You for assisting me to take good care of my buddies. With your help they both will continue to live a happy and healthy life. God Bless Parkway!
