It seems that every time we go to this Office Depot on 23rd street we encounter staff that do not know (or worse pretend not to know!) the simplest things like where to find file labels, organizers, etc. They carry on like they don't even know what these things are! This is like working at McDonalds and not knowing what hamburger is!

Staff was not helpful at all in letting me know if a item was in stock. Was not knowledgeable of Office Depot website and repeatedly navigated me to the same areas after I told her numerous times the information wasn't there. The item # did not work with her nor the automated system and all she could tell me was "the item # isn't showing up". Even though I expressed that I wanted to purchase the product yet wanted to make sure this location had it. I then asked to speak to the manager to be assisted, to which he told me I called Home Depot then hung up in my face. Definitely will be making a corporate complaint.

Today I was assisted by Bob at the Panama City location, he was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Helped me with my in store pick up, assisted me in placing my belongings in my car (I had a big pick up order). Informed about about an item that was supposed to be in my order but was not available. Most people wouldn't have said anything, but he made sure I knew it wasn't available and if needed there was other options. Will definitely keep ordering our supplies through Office Depot just because of the service I received. Thank you Bob!!

If I could rate this ZERO stars I would. TERRIBLE experience from start to finish. Went in yesterday asked for help with business cards the lady just pointed to a book that had examples of the type of paper...that's it. I saw a sign to order online, I originally went to order from Staples but there is no longer a Staples in town so I had to go back to Office Depots site. Ordered my cards. Now today I called before I showed up to see if they were ready so I didn't have to wait with my small children. The lady was so rude! And originally had an excuse that the cutting mach was down and she was going to call and let people know. Then after an HOUR of waiting she had them printed and cut just fine. I asked after she said she was going to work on them if I should leave and come back she told me no. I'm so over it and the customer service there. 0 out of 5 is my review.
