The absolute worst customer service -if that is what you call it. New company take over was the death of Nate's service.

The new owners are aweful their employees lie the customer service is rude and disrespectfull. Very sad use to be a good company with the former owners. I have used Nates for over 20 years. their loss, I found a better company which is cheaper and they pick up twice a week instead of once.

I’ve been a Nate’s customer for years. Today I was working on cleaning my garage and the rain was pouring. Your professional emptied my cans and instead of putting them back at the curb he walked them up to me so I wouldn’t have to get wet! Without a doubt the best customer service!!!
