Cashier was rude and when I corrected them they removed my purchase and said they were not going to sell it to me.. sad.. poor attitude for customer service

This review is not based on anything but an employee went into purchase cigarettes and this employee behind the counter a black girl with long hair was repeatedly cussing up the storm with her friend and cussing with an employee while there's customers in the store this is very unprofessional and just downright stupid if I was the manager here she wouldn't have a job

Tight to get in, the water to clean my windshield smelled like a sewer, snd they NEVER have paper in the pumps to print a receipt. Was told today."That's not my job"!!!

Stopped in on 09/16/23 @9am for gas and a Gatorade fountain drink, No greeting from either 3 cashiers as they where all stuffing there faces with food while assisting customers (gross) , talking amongst each other mid transaction using profanity and of course the Gatorade in the fountain is out . No name tags either .

Went there this morning for coffee and ciggs as I always do !lele the new cashier had to finish her conversation then proceeded to help me I ordered to pack of smokes and I’m 48 she carded I ran out to truck and when she handed the id back she said you didn’t have to snatch it I come here everyday no problem she had issues from the moment she carded a 50 year old grandmother then she look at the manager and said I should of never took this 50 then she proceeded to act out of character he manager never stepped in and this isn’t what I’m looking for in starting my days !! A very rude person LeLe is !! Put her back through training !!

The lady working the register today Feb. 10th at 10 til 5 pm has the best service!!! She had the line moving and incredibly friendly!!! Great asset to your company!!

This store closes at 11, and the lazy cashier in her night cap said the bathrooms were closed for the night at 9:20 and she let a woman go use the bathroom. Rude, lazy and unprofessional. I get not wanting to be at a job late but show some respect. Ill re do this review for 5 stars if she gets fired.

If I could have gave it no stars I would have their customer service over there on 23rd street at the new Murphy Express is horrible this morning I asked the cashier to use my points for my gas and she had the audacity to tell me that she saved them because she wanted to and that was not her choice. Every time I go to the store it's an issue whether I'm getting cigarettes and somebody wants to cuss at me because they don't have none or because they don't want me to use my phone number for my rewards I'm just over it I will never return to the store no more until they get employees and know how to respect their customers.

The website says it is open 24 hours that is not the case the palms were off at 5:21 in the morning they cannot keep their soda fountain drinks stocked every time you go to get a drink that you want it just comes out water cannot keep their food stocked
