Asked them to replace a battery in my favorite watch while I was in town on a business trip. They immediately took a look while I waited. They spent 10 minutes trying different batteries and inspecting the movement. Offered to let their specialist look at it (but it would take about a week, since he was out). They didn't charge me anything for their time!

Jeweler was quick to assist me in finding options to repair my earrings. I’m sure upon inspection it was probably clear the earrings weren’t of high value, however, I was still treated kindly and provided attention. The earrings are of sentimental value and I left happy knowing I could continue to wear them.

Old building now used as store front while waiting to return to renovated mall. Advertised they could fix eco drive watches, kept watch for 45 days only to say , can't help you. You must contact company yourself. At least no fee charged for non service.

I don't know much about this place. But as an artist myself I can recognize pride in one's business. I was just driving home from my job when I noticed him admiring their new sign. The way he started at it I could tell he cared about his business and how it is represented. I would trust this artist. In fact if you're reading this and you want an intern I would give up my time to learn your trade.

Had a pocket watch repaired and a chain mounted onto it. Picked up one week later and it works great, they also polished and buffed it that it looks better then it ever looked.
