Best home owner's insurance experience I've had since owning my home. Nicole Griffin was able to not only secure me with insurance after I was dropped by Edison (who is leaving Florida), but lowered my cost by $1500 a year!

I had the best customer service experience with Katie at state farm. She handled everything with professionalism and personality. She double checked multiple policies for me in order to get me the best price and the best insurance coverage. Even when my one year old was babbling and having a melt down, she was patient and completely understanding of the situation. I can not recommend her highly enough. Katie, thank you for the absolute best experience!
