It is a company that promises a lot and delivers little. It promises low rates and many services, the truth is that it charges you separately for international calls, for example to Mexico, the coverage is poor and fails in many places. The girls are not friendly at all and do not help you enforce your guarantees. I do not recommend it...

I have been a loyal costumer for 2 years . The have these promotions where you get a I phone 12 for $100 if you switch from another carrier. And their costumers that are loyal and stick with them they don't help at all. Charge full price if you want to upgrade your phone. I will be switching companies when my bill is do. They don't care about their customers. They only want to get more. I would have stayed with metro forever. Not now

I would give 0 but not a option!!3 months trying to get aacp program on bill!! Do not switch they will not help you with getting your credit for the ACP benefits! Phone customer service is not worth the 6 calls I made... Basically told me it's my responsibility to get it put on there computer ??? ? Lol ok that will never happen! Real helpful!! So they hang up on me when I ask how do I do that???? Lol! So I go to a local Store ...employees so do not want to help!! and it doesn't matter what end of Bay county you visit a store!! if your not Spanish your ignored and basically just don't waste your time! Pretty sad!! This is our county now. How do people act that way???I don't know where all those helpful ladies where when I went in..But That Was Not My Experience!!!!

The 2 ladies working there were VERY helpful. They were friendly, & they knew their business. My daughter went there to get a new phone, & reopen her Metro account. We will go back & continue doing business with them.
