It is a company that promises a lot and delivers little. It promises low rates and many services, the truth is that it charges you separately for international calls, for example to Mexico, the coverage is poor and fails in many places. The 2 ladies working there were VERY helpful. They were friendly, & they knew their business. My daughter went there to get a new phone, & reopen her Metro account. We will go back & continue doing business with them.
