A joke of a company in regards to customer service. Order an oven and was told it'd be delivered the next day. Get a call day of delivery saying it won't be delivered then for 2 weeks. Order a fridge and the installers left a bunch of junk in the fridge. As well as took my front door off messing up the alignment to the point I almost lost my dog. Then I ordered carpet from them and their pathetic third party installer is a joke itself. Was told it'd be installed on a certain day, get a call saying that they're going to reschedule to a later date without my knowledge. That new new date comes and I get the same excuse from the installer. Go to get a refund and it took them an hour to figure out how to do a refund. The store manager couldn't figure out a refund. How is that possible? Completely useless customer service.

The worst Lowe’s ever. Been waiting on a curbside order for 30+ minutes. The guy next to me been waiting 45. No one answers the phone. They ignore your check in. Every employee I asked either didn’t know curbside or ignored me. Absolutely terrible service. The ten bucks you save coming here isn’t worth the hassle. Just go to Home Depot.

The discounts are scams. They'll charge you for items that are clearly marked as free with the purchase of another product. Then they'll gaslight you with some nonsense math.

Lupe at customer service was pretty rude and started preaching religion. How's she's Christian and praying for me. She started off with an attitude and ended on a religious tangent. I'm Catholic but I don't go saying the Rosary over strangers

Terrible today if you're handicap and in an electric cart. Work carts, ladders for employees, pallets blocking aisles. Check out. If you don't tell the clerk you're retired military before they start ringing up items. "To bad" go to customer service and start all over again.
Think I'll start using Home Depot more. Just my opinion. Your?

I love Lowes, but as a contractor that lives an hour away, I need to be able to secure merchandise before driving that far. It's impossible to use the broken phone directory. It send you to the wrong place and I get hung up on too often. I can't even get a question about paint answered after calling 3 times. Get it together Lowes
