Didnt think it could take more than 20 minutes to mix and prepare 2 5gal buckets of paint but through Debbie all things are possible. Was the only person getting paint mixed and it took well over an hour. Usually I dont write bad reviews but dang girl I missed dinner and my tv show! Not cool Debbie :(

Dryer died. Bought a new one at Lowes. The salesperson asked if I had a cord. I said I had the one from the old dryer. Dryer was delivered and delivery guys asked if I had a cord. They said if I didn't have a new cord, it would invalidate my warranty. They left and I called the store. I was told that I bought a new cord with the dryer and it was on the truck--but it would be Friday before they could come back. This was Tuesday. I had already been without a dryer for over a week. My son said he could pick up the cord and install it. My son and his family live on the west end of Panama City Beach and I live in Lynn Haven. Long drive heavy traffic. His leave is up in a couple of days and I am sure there are a lot of more pleasant ways he could have spent the last of his time at home. Next new appliance, can of paint, or package of tacks will come from somewhere else!

I bought a new drier the sales person told me it was free delivery and set up but when the delivery guys came they just dropped my drier of and said I have to install the power cord and legs I was told them were independent contractors and I could call and complain but they didn't care when I called and complained they had told lowes that I said I was going to install it myself I went to the store the sales people told me they just have to put up with who ever they can get to deliver their product I do nor and will never buy anything from them again if you buy something from lowes I hope you know how to install it yourself

Wish I had taken the time to read reviews prior to trying to get windows installed. After two months of effort in working up a contract to no end, finally gave up. Customer service is not a word they understand. Getting too hot now to get anyone to install them, but never again will I try to give Lowes my money for any home project.

This location really needs to train there employees better on product knowledge and how to treat customers,my dad asked me to come in to get a universal key for a Husqvarna lawnmower,I called before I went & the gentleman on the phone told me they had them,I went in the garden center and ask the cashier where in the store they would be at she sent me to aisle 13 where another man asked me what I was looking for I told him and he was beyond rude and in a nasty tone "who sent you over here" "what's there name" "who did you talk to on the phone" grilling me and talking to me like I was stupid then told me they didn't have that,ended up just leaving not even getting the other stuff I came for after driving 45 minutes , later my dad went in and they did in fact have them..

Lowes never lets us down, the garden dept was magnificent this week, everyone so happy to be buying plants. I also needed an urgent last minute washer dryer, in and out and the whole transaction done in 5 minutes. Thank you Doug.

Please please please beware. I signed up for a fence. Couldn't be installed for about six weeks. I decided I didn't need it and called about a week before installation. Was told I would have to go to the store. Went to the store twice before installation time and was told the person I needed to talk to was out of the store. Finally someone was able to cancel the installation and said it was taken care of. Had to go back and talk to the manager and he said Lowes had nothing to do with it. He said besides I had signed a contract which stated I only had three days to cancel FROM THE TIME I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. I have currently retained an attorney. Will NEVER do business with Lowes again!!!

My wife and I are frequent shoppers and stopped in for a gallon of paint. We couldn't find the paint card that matched the number I found online so we waited for the paint associate to come over our way to help. Once Carrie approached my wife at the counter she wasted no time in aggressively berating her over "pushing the button". My wife maintained that she didn't push any button, but also addressed Carries poor attitude towards her even in the event that she had pushed it. Carrie slammed her pen down on the counter and showed no desire to assist us with finding the paint. Wife and I are currently across the street at Home Depot waiting on Don to finish mixing our paint that he was kind enough to offer to look up for us despite it being a Lowe's brand color. If Carrie continues to work at Lowe's with her poor attitude going unchecked, then my wife and will continue to take our money to Home Depot.

Terrible service. The cashier did not have her light on so she could pick who she wanted to check out. Terrible attitude. We never buy from there again.

This is the second time I have been to Lowe's and off hours employees in the parking lot have offered to help me put 50lbs bags of potting soil in my car, and taken my shopping cart back for me. Cheers to you guys for doing a great job!

In phoning Lowe's P.C. appliance dept (where by the way I paid for two appliances up front) 3 days after the purchase no one answered and then disconnected. I then called C.S. same-thing! Now I need to drive over wait in line for who knows how long for a simple question to be answered. Ugh I can remember when C.S. was important in the U.S. Wish this star system had a minus start system.

Lowes tops home depot when it used to be the other way around... service has improved to the contractor when the theme used to be exclusive cater to the do it your-selfers ..
