Great, quick pickup for myself. I think the wait time may depend on load, I arrived about 30 mins ahead of appointment time and was in a door within an hour - I had to stop at security, get an escort and purchase 12 straps for my load. Loaded in the next hour or so and rolling again right around 2 hours.
