The particular lady I dealt with on 3/5/24 at the Walgreens location at 301 N Tyndall Parkway - 32404 was very un-accommodating to my situation. I needed a routine drug screen for an employment position, I had to bring my two small children. I was told my children could not be in the lab, could not be right outside the restroom, could not be in the waiting area and was asked to leave. I understand there are "policies" in place but the level of humility or "lack there of" was pretty sad. I was alone with my two small children and any decent human being would have been accommodating. It's just sad that level of respect and humility does not seem to exist, at least not with this woman (blonde, tall, white lady). Also I was specifically asked to print a copy of my paperwork and nobody even needed a printed copy, they just needed a general requisition number that was sent to me via email, so that was a total waste of my time as well. AND the phone number listed on here on google is incorrect, it just goes to a disconnected line.The only reason I give this review 2 stars is because the drug screen did get done and general process with the kiosk was simply and easy to understand. Everything else about it was ridiculous.

I went to Labcorp at Walgreens located at 301 N Tyndall Pkwy Panama City,Fl. @ 1100 September 11, 2023 and found that Tina, one of the Labcorp techs, went above and beyond to be as rude as any person I have ever dealt with in the health industry. If she was having that difficult of a day she should have called in as opposed to serving up her misery to the common consumer. It was easy to see after looking up the reviews why Labcorb has such a low score. This woman should not be allowed to inflict her wrath on anyone coming in for simple blood work. Hopefully a manager in charge will see some of these reviews and do the needed where she can no longer do damage to what I always considered a reputable company. Very very disappointing!!!!!

Jackie drew my blood and I didn't even feel it. She also let me use her personal cell to call my Dr. And then helped me look up directions for another apt. I had . Jackie and Tina are so nice and always have a smile on their face .

I had an appointment and was in and out very quickly. The ladies working were nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable getting my blood drawn. I will be back next time!

Lady that was testing patients today was very rude. Slammed doors in people's faces when all we were trying to do is explain that we already had a test done somewhere else and that the patient was only there for a certain test. She said the patient had no choice but do what she said. Refused to look at documentation proving what lab draw needed to be done. Refused to do the blood draw because she said the patient had to do a 1 hour glucose test. That glucose test was already done two weeks ago. And her glucose was fine. The doctor himself said she did not need that test. Btw the patient was a pregnant, special needs person with a hearing problem, and did not understand the situation. Which is why she kept trying to ask. But the lab corp lady, didn't even try to listen to what the patient was saying. Made the patient think she could force her to do said test. Said that by law she couldn't talk to the patients family because she is 18. Actually a patient has a right to refuse any treatment or procedure, and if they give permission the health care worker can speak to a family member.

Very short wait time for being a walk in patient. The Phlebotomist was cheerful and very gentle. I'll definitely use this location in the future.

Love the ladies here. I'm in and out in no time. Even though the move caused me to drive an extra 10-15 mins I will continue to use this Labcorp. Thank you

Tina and Jackie was amazing they were very patient with me and my service I was getting done there I hit a bump in the road I was able to take care of getting new paperwork and forms for my appointment with them and they still seen me the same day what a relief I highly recommend these two awesome ladies very clean , friend , and fast service. Although I did go to the old building first and had to redirect about 20 mins, my experience at this facility was not bad at all. I waited maybe 20 mins, got myself a water from the store (it's literally inside a Walgreens). The tech was friendly and very gentle. Nice and easy!

If a lab could be any less personal then this Labcorp nailed it. Check in is done via machine, so there is no one to assist or available to ask questions if needed. They also call patients back in the order they arrived so there is no point in making an appointment time as this is not honored.

The worst experience! First location is closed!! But they don't tell you that until you get there and see the sign on the door. This location has you check in and no time estimation given. Could be 10 minutes could be 6 hours wait. Plan to waste a whole day! Not to mention nobody answers the phone or returns calls.
