I have been dealing with the company for years great service but this time was the worst. After having my jeep for 2 weeks , they told me that it would be done today I called at 830am got a song and dance about it would be noon. called around noon, then it changed to THEY are wait on the RENTAL car place to call them back to make sure that im not charged extra for the rent.........(but what does it have to do with KINGSBURY. They had one job and that was to fix my jeep and not to oversee another company. so I call again and go no answer so the last time I called it was 329 and she told me that she is still waiting on the rental place so I called USAA and when USAA called them no answer. so I went up there at 355 and they where CLOSED. But on the door it say 5pm. This is unprofessional. And she knew that I wanted my Jeep today. Now im going to be stuck paying for an extra day of car rental.

Repairing my vehicle! A few years ago a deer ran into me and did quite a bit of damage to my Honda Pilot and these people did a GREAT job. I'm sure they'll do the same this time!

One of those rare small town, family-owned "mom & pop" automotive body shops that do what they say they will, actually do it right the first time, and do so at a fair price. I've been a repeat customer to Kingsberry Auto for a couple of years now having vehicles repainted & have always been impressed by their team of professionals. Simply put: they've earned my repeat business & I will keep going back as they are in business!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE ! ! ! !They will try to scam you and cut every corner possible. They can't do quality work. I gave them 3 opportunities to get my vehicle repaired correctly and they couldn't do it. The paint had runs and trash all in it. One window ended up looking like it was hit with a grinder. They use "Recycled" parts off of other vehicles. My radio no longer works and body parts won't stay attached. Paint looks awful with bare spots and the doors don't match. This place should be shut down. I've seen students do better body work than these clown do. GO TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THESE PEOPLE ! ! ! !

If you want you wrinkles removed go to Kingsbury s best bodyshop in Bay county ask for Mike he's only been fixing these things for 30 years so feel safe he's got you done right.
