Wayne and his team are the BEST in Bay County! I was having issues with my AC and had to replace the whole thing! Wayne and Shelby kept in touch during the whole process and even when it was 100 percent right, Wayne did everything to make it right. They will always take care of you like their own family!! If you are having any car issues, Wayne and his team are the ones to call.

Let me tell you!! I was stranded on vacation because my vehicle had some engine head issues. I was worried that I would have to leave my vehicle and fly my family back home or rent a vehicle. I called Kelley Automotive and they worked me in to ensure I would be able to drive the vehicle back home. They fixed it in 3 days. I can't say it will happen all the time, but this boy was rolling back home to Texas with no issues! They communicated daily with me and I highly recommend them.

They were very open about price and did nothing without approval. However diagnostic was engine was bad when it actually was coil packs and catalytic converter along with dirty fuel injectors. Approximately $6,000.00 for engine rebuild total cost to diagnose and trouble shoot at home 500-600 dollars. Truck runs like new

My car needed to be serviced and the soonest opening the dealership had was in 2 weeks, and my car had to remain on sight for 3-5 days. Unsatisfied with this response, I began looking for another business to help me. Finding a car service business that is honest and won't over charge is not an easy task. I took a chance with a locally owned company and I am glad I did.Kelley's was able to get me in the same day and my car was fixed within 3 hours. I am very satisfied with their service and also surprised at the reasonable cost.What stood out was how friendly and knowledgeable the woman was that I spoke with and the people in the service bays were very busy and focused on the cars they were working on. My dealership experience was just the opposite. Thank you so much Kelley's Automotive. I will definitely recommend you and will be a return customer.
