We had a truly great experience with this dealership! When we pulled up less than an hour before closing, Jermal Tolver met us on the lot before we had our car fully in park. He listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. The selection of vehicles to choose from on this lot was remarkable! The whole team (Jermal, Anton, the gentleman who did the final cleaning, and the manager on duty) that stayed until 9 on a Friday night were so accommodating. Jermal was also very thorough making sure we knew all the bells and whistles of our new Rogue, and he worked to make sure that we had all the information we needed before we left. No one made us feel like an inconvenience or a bother for being so late. We financed with Nissan and Anton was friendly to work with, knowledgeable about what he was doing, and went above and beyond to get us a great rate. I was very impressed with this dealership (the vehicles and the employees) and would highly recommend it!

Beware scammers!!!Been thinking a while about writing this one,,,Horrible service tech liars and scammers , they do not honor warranty and will try to charge you $149 for a warranty issue. Had to pay $250 for a new battery on my 18 months old vehicle after the recall that they had that was damaging the battery, they claimed it wasnt covered. After i found out it does for 36 months. Had a faulty sensor also supposed to be covered but not here... Went to a different mazda and was all covered as it should be.Worst of it all they scammed me on the brakes showed me one price and charged me $250 more claiming my Mazda 3 had special breaks,,, but they also added labor on it not just parts,,, beware of Jeff's fake kindness and steven the scammer .I just also found out they pay $10 for every employee that gives them a 5 star review ...

Worst experience at a Nissan dealership ever. We have owned Nissan vehicles religiously for 35 years and never had the type of experience we had today with John Lee Nissan. My wife took her 2017 Rogue in today for new tires, a break job, and oil change. She was also told there were 3 recalls on the vehicle, 2 of which she agreed to have fixed. I normally would have done this, but my wife wanted to give me a break as I had done extensive traveling recently and just got back into town last night. Seven hours (she told them she would wait for the car, but was never told it would take that long) and $2300.00 later she paid for the repairs and went outside to get in her Rogue, but it was not there. Every other dealership we have ever been to pulls up the car for the customer, but not at John Lee. My wife asked where her vehicle was and she was told by her service tech that he did not know and she would have to look for it in the parking lot. Her response was "you don't know where my car is?" The response was "I have no idea where it is at."Really, you have "no idea." My wife had to walk up and down the repair lot until she found her Rogue by herself!!When she got home and told me all this I called the service manager and he denied this happened, and constantly talked over me and cut me off. I finally told him to shut up and let me talk. I got Nissan's corporate number out of him and have filed a complaint. Will never, ever go back to this dealership for any reason, and our future business with Nissan hangs in the balance depending on corporate's response.

This is a perfect example of why folks don't trust auto dealerships. Charging $800 or $899 for a "Documentation Fee"?? That is a totally bogus charge! I feel for the folks that paid such a ridiculous charge. Despicable

There was a complete lack of communication and transparency in my experience with this dealership. I will find somewhere else to service my Nissan. The problem was exppained in detail and advised what had been done to fix it. 8 Days later and I'm still hoping they fixed it.

Stay away from this dealership if you want a good deal for what you pay. Bought a "luxury car" with a big price tag on it thinking I was getting what I am about to pay. Got hit with a "lemon car" even with the car being under warranty I found during an inspection after 14 days of buying the car that it had been in a collision no visible damage all the damage was undercarriage and only visible when lifted??? Crazy that the only way I could've notice the damage was if the seller Carsy provided me with the car fax or provided me with a full report but no they were not transparent and just focus get me out of there on my "certified pre-own" And of course I'm trying to claim the repairs thinking they will accept the fault of selling a car in those conditions but no I got totally ripped off and if you see in past reviews they didn't accept the fault and trying to deceive me, blame me and asking me questions like "are you sure you didn't collide with any thing"? I'm a person with a clean record never even hit a branch on the road. I'm very shocked that they were sooo certain that their inspection passed when clearly the car was in no condition to be sold, pictures shown for reference the collision looks old and I just bought the car how can a recent collision have corrosion like that. they took advantage of me because I went buying just by the looks. Don't get ripped off, I will definitely pursue this with legal. Its not fair to take Advantage of customers. Be fair and transparent.

Good selection of vehicles, decent prices. That’s it. Seems like they get a kickback from the banks that they work with. They ran my credit, tried to tell me I had not good credit and hit me with an almost ten percent interest rate. I knew my credit was much better than what they were trying to tell me. Went across town to another lot, somehow my credit was 90 points higher and I got a 2.9 interest rate. Also didn’t like the salesman’s snippy attitude.

Took my old car 2009 - 152000 miles in for a swap out. Got a practically brand new car. 2018 -17000 miles. Low miles great condition. Preston was phenomenal. Personable and definitely made sure I understood step by step. Broke things down for me and was patient with me. They gave me a great offer for my trade in and it really contributed to my purchase. It was the perfect day to have Preston on site because a smile and pleasant conversation can go a long way. Thanks again!

Persistence without pressure. That explains the excellent service we received from Jermal Tolver at John Lee Nissan. This young man is a real go getter all the while exemplifying politeness, caring and concern while actively listening to my wants and needs. So much so that I have recommended him to family and friends! Thank you, Jermal! You are the best! Thank you, John Lee Nissan for your attention to your customers and to the employees you hire.

Don't deal with them. I looked at a 2013 MX-5 online. Looked good. I put down $1000 on a credit card then drove 600 miles to purchase. When I arrived the car and undisclosed issues (after-market muffler, missing air dam, only one key) - Dealer would not adjust price and said to get a key go after-market (wouldn't even send me to their own shop!) so I walked away. I asked for a refund of my deposit and they lied about the CC system down but I insisted on a paper refund receipt (good thing) Took 3 months for them to refund the $1000 after I filed a dispute with me CC. They're sleaze. Run, don't walk away!
