Thanks so much to Adrian Garcia for assisting us with the purchase of our new Rock Creek Pathfinder. Adrian was very polite, helpful and patient throughout the entire buying process. He was knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle and assisted us in every way that could be expected. Additionally, he has been very helpful after the sale each time we visit the dealership. I would definitely recommend Adrian if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

Where do I start. Back in 2013 I bought a new 2013 Nissan altima. Was a great car until the a/c went out just after the warranty. They informed me that the compressor went bad and it would cost me 1300.00 to fix. Couldn't afford it so drove without a/c for years. Decided to get something new and went back to nissan. Adrian was a great guy and talked me into a used 2017 maxima. The car had low miles and great a/c. Fast forward to now a year later after owning the car and the a/c goes out on this car as well. I go back to Nissan and talk with Mike the service department manager. He was very rude to me and didn't care about my story. Explained I was a single parent working 2 full time jobs and just wanted a reliable vehicle. I was hoping they would take care of a long time customer. Mke says " what do u want me to do about it... I'm not doing anything for free, we are a profitable business." He suggested I go back and talk with Adrian. Well since they weren't over the service department there was nothing that could have been done. I thought highly of Nissan until today and the way I was treated. My number was given to the GM to call me but I never received a phone call

Thank you so much Maddy. She stuck with me throughout my car buying process. She made it super easy for me by giving me details on every vehicle I was interested in. I got my SUV after closing time and Maddy stayed with me until me and my family drove off. Her kindness was extended to my whole family.She wasn’t just trying to sale me a car, she got to know me and my kids and used that to help me find the perfect SUV for us. Jared Wood did an amazing job of helping me decide between cars. This was my first time looking for a car, and he made the experience smooth and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy. Definitely recommend for other first time buyers.

So I financed a Volkswagen atlas January 9th this is my honest review. I’ve had multiple problems with my vehicle since purchased I’ve had the car for 5 weeks my sales men I used Joey was 5 out 5 stars amazing I really like him he helped instantly with all my issues and made them his number one priority I would highly recommend him if purchasing a vehicle at this establishment he is very kind and genuine. On the other hand I’ve had multiple problems with the vehicle I brought my car back to get the water pump and belt replaced. When I came to pay the lady who takes the payments her name is Dawn was very rude and treated as if I was a pos and that I was not worth her time when again I am the customer and was spending money that we do not have especially after just purchasing the vehicle when asked if they tested my alternator as I talked with prior to the man who is above her and he was very kind and helpful she stated this has nothing to do with the alternator we do not have to do that when I said we agreed in it being checked she rolled her eyes and sighed to go have them check it and asked my mother my daughter and I to get out of her office after the car was checked we were tired of waiting and went outside my car sat for 10 minutes before she brought the key to us after she saw us outside discussing her behavior towards us. She then brought the key and said the alternator is fine you can leave now. Very rude her behavior ruined my whole day and I’m sure I’m not the first person she has acted that way towards. From my experience I do recommend Joey as a great sales man and very helpful and caring towards customers love him would and probably will use him again in the future. Check the vehicle from top to bottom before you drive it off the lot if it is used I would also like to thank Joey on here for all his help and concern and respect towards my family and I through this process. Update they sold me a freaking lemon there literally paper work declaring it a lemon in the car the people are just straight wrong
