I would give them zero stars if I could. They used the wrong parts, wrong paint and the vehicle is in worse shape than before they worked on it.

Had to get hail damage fixed on my car. They did an amazing job and Anthony was so nice and helpful.

1) Communication was basically nonexistent. We had to call numerous times to get in touch to find out vehicle status.2) The business has no parking and is a safety hazard when trying to access the site. As a a disabled person I have no way to reach a handicapped parking space. The lot is overflowing with vehicles.3) When we picked up our vehicle it was not completed properly. The paint was fine, however, the door was not set flush nor evenly and a black beauty panel was replaced with a scuffed up panel. All this was acknowledged by the person showing the vehicle to me.4) When we got home we found dirty rags and old parts in the back of the vehicle that were just sitting there with no explanation of disposal.5) We were told we could bring the vehicle back anytime to have the work required to bring the vehicle back into completion done which must now be scheduled around numerous follow-up doctors’ appointments post surgery, a most inopportune time for us now.Overall a disappointing service provided this time.Services: Painting

Joe Hudson will not stop reporting and deleting valid reviews. I took my car here after USAA advised I use them after being involved in a car crash, and they have recently deleted other reviews of mine.To start, they have terrible communication. When I went in for my initial inspection and quote writeup on July 17, I was scheduled out to August 7 to bring my car back in for repair. When I arrived at the shop on August 7, I WAS TOLD THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS TO REPAIR THE CAR. 2 weeks later, I HAD TO REACH BACK TO THEM FOR THEM TO TELL ME THE PARTS ARRIVED. IF THEY NEVER CALLED ME, I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT MY PARTS HAD ARRIVED AND MY CAR WAS READY TO BE FIXED. We then scheduled my car to be brought in on August 23. They estimated the vehicle would be completed the next Monday, August 28, but I did not pick the car up until later in the week.I am very dissatisfied with the repair work they did.They never ordered the front decal to be placed on my car, so here I am waiting another 2+ weeks from the time I picked up my car to getting the decal put on - and put on very trashy. AGAIN, IF I DID NOT REACH OUT AND ASK IF THEY RECEIVED THE DECAL, IT WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT ON weeks later. Furthermore, when they were doing the repairs, they disconnected my parking brake sensors and had to get a 3rd party technician to come in and re-program it. After they spent nearly 2 hours trying to reprogram the parking sensor, I was told I would have to come back in so they could take the front bumper off and check out the wiring. When I brought the car back in to have the parking sensors reprogrammed, MY ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM STOPS WORKING. EVERYONE AT THE SHOP SAYS THE SYSTEM NOT WORKING IS “COINCIDENTAL.” I NEVER had a problem with any part of the HVAC system before they starting screwing with the wiring for the parking sensors, but magically, the same day they mess with the parking sensor wiring, the ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM GOES OUT.After I contacted them about the HVAC SYSTEM NOT WORKING THE SAME DAY THEY GAVE ME MY CAR BACK, they advised me to go to the nearest dealership, which happens to be over 2 hours away in Tallahassee. How is a repair shop going to turn me away and tell me to go to the dealership? It has now been nearly 3 months since I first contacted Joe Hudson’s about repairing my car, and it seems as if I have more problems with it than when I first went in there. It seems like many other customers recently have been disappointed with the service Joe Hudson has provided them, just take a look at the other most recent reviews.It is very unfortunate this shop cannot get the small things right. They continue to avoid, avoid, avoid, attempting to neutralize the problem instead of solving it. Save your stress and AVOID JOE HUDSON AT ALL COSTS.Service: Body & Trim

My car was brought for body paint on front bumper, took longer time frame estimated without any updates till I called to follow-up. Bumper still has scratches on same bumper after repair on same bumper and it came back with more damage in on my rocker panel which they did not disclose at time of pickup

My insurance company listed them as an option to have the work done on my vehicle. I chose them because they were well reviewed on Google. I’m pleased to say, they lived up to my expectation. They were friendly and thorough when receiving my vehicle. And though it took a bit longer than initially expected, they communicated the reason in advance. Quality work and service. They also informed me that their work has a lifetime guarantee.Services: Painting

This was the worst place I could have took my truck too. They keep my truck over a month . Then didn't put all the parts on it like they said they did and even broke my bed cover . I would not recommend this particular shop to anyone

JOE'S HAS DELETED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM A FEW MONTHS BACK. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!DO NOT TRUST THEIR RATING. THEY ARE DELETING THEIR BAD REVIEWS.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.TO MAKE THIS A LONG STORY SHORT THEY MADE ADDITIONAL DAMAGES TO OUR TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX A SMALL HIT WE RECEIVED FROM SOMEONE BACKING INTO OUR TRUCK IN A PARKING LOT. THESE WERE NOT SMALL DAMAGES THEY MADE. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE OUR TRUCK IN AGAIN TO GET WORKED ON BY OUR WARRANTY PROVIDED AND JOE'S HAS NOT REFUNDED US FOR THE WORK. WE'RE FIGHTING JOE'S AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON THIS MATTER AND WE'RE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have to say this shop is an absolute joke! I had no updates during the repairs and got a call at 2 pm telling me that my truck was done and I had to pick it up that day or else I would have to pay for rental out of my own pocket. And when they called I couldn’t answer my phone because I’m working and they left no voicemail so luckily I noticed I had a missed call and called them back. I had to drop what I was doing at work to rush over there because of no updates telling me my truck might be ready the day before. When I dropped my truck off I asked do I need to bring in my original estimate check from insurance when I pick it up and the girl at the front said yes. Then when I’m there they tell me I have to pay for it on my card because they don’t accept checks from the insurance anymore. If I would have know this ahead of time I would have deposited the check so I had the money in my account. Lack of communication here is ridiculous and then after looking at the repairs you can see a bunch of shrinkage in the paint, clearly see sanding marks, lots of orange peel that doesn’t match the factory paint and it was never color sanded and buffed so it has lots of dirt in the clear coat that should have been color sanded and polished. I was informed that they have a lifetime warranty but the fact it looks this bad the first time and they where so quick to say they are not going to pay for a day of rental becomes of there lack of communication is really sad. You can’t expect someone to leave work on zero notice and rush over there and tell them it’s not their problem about the rental car if you can’t make it that same day within a three hour window till you close. I commented on the manager’s lack of professionalism in business dealings and she? threatened to fight me. If this is how their management acts I certainly wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle.

Joe Hudson collision did a wonderful repair job on my 2011 Honda Accord matched paint perfectly checked the whole car before repairs to make sure they did not miss anything matching the silver paint perfectly I would definitely highly recommend this shop for repair they do great work.Services: Steering & suspension repair

This is the second time I’ve used Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. Both times the service was top notch! First was to replace my rear passenger door (when my truck was broken into), second was to replace my front number. The communication, the customer service and, especially, the work performed on my truck was phenomenal! To top it off, my truck comes out cleaner and looking better than when it went in! I can’t say enough about this place. I recommend them to everyone! To everyone in the office to the folks doing the J.O.B, thank you!!!!!Services: Painting

I was referred to this company by my auto insurance (USAA). I should have followed my instinct and taken my car to the actual dealership for repair.While inspecting my car upon return/completion of repair, I (also my husband) noticed my seatbelt was damaged. The employee took pictures and said he would discuss with his manager. I had to call multiple times only to be denied and told that they didn’t cause the damages. The employee also stated my dogs caused the damage.I laughed in my head because despite the amount of dog hair in my car, the dogs don't get to ride in the car often. Only for transporting.Upon initial review, I could see how they thought that was a good defense. However, if you continue to pull out the seatbelt where you feed it into the side compartment it’s shredded. Anyone without a background in cars can see that some type of drill or machinery created this kind of shredding. Second, none of the other seatbelts in my car have any damage. Ironically, my dogs chew the seatbelt on the same side of the car that needed repairs (SARCASM).I usually don’t waste my energy on this kind of ridiculousness. I try to stay far away from disgruntled customer land. But, I have some free time so I’m going to make sure this company understands that taking accountability for mistakes is customer service 101! How difficult is it to replace one seat belt? This review could have been avoided.USAA needs to take this company off of its referral list for Panama City.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Extremely disappointed at this shop. Was referred there by my insurance USAA and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks just to be seen. When I finally was able to have them look at my car they said that they wouldn't be able to do any repairs on it due to there being rust on the repair area.... Like no kidding there's rust it had been 3 weeks since the accident and we live in Florida. I ended up just leaving after a short conversation. I got the overall impression that if your car is over a few years and a couple thousand miles old that they won't even bother with it.
