My wife went there to get fabric found what she wanted and told the lady she would buy it she just wanted her to cut it long way and the lady refused to just assist with something as small as customer satisfaction.

Literally the most rude people work here, especially at the fabric counter. They all hate their jobs with a passion. I have been there the last 3 times and was treated poorly by different associates every single time. THEY made a mistake with pricing on fabric and when I mentioned it , they acted like I was an inconvenience.... Even when I said thank you, she just stared at me blankly and said nothing. If looks could kill..... if yall hate your job that bad go find another one ! Life is short

I love this store, the staff is always so nice. They have a good stock of yarn and I love when it is on sale! I use the Joann Fabrics app and they have coupons via the app. This week, for the 4th, I had a 60% off coupon for a regular priced item! I make a lot of baby blankets for family, friends, and coworkers so I like saving moola on the yarn.

Went in for a bobbin case and bobbins for a Husqvarna Viking machine and they had nothing, very poor selection. Many shelves were not stocked well.

If you go here and know what you're looking for it's great!! I wanted to buy a sewing machine and one time the sales person was horrible and the next sales person was fantastic, so I guess it's a little hit and miss for expert help from associates.

They have some of the best workers, so friendly and very helpful. They always have the best fabric and crafts. I was there the other day and they were super busy. But the cashier Sam (she's so nice) had a smile on her face and very friendly. She apologized to everyone about the wait time and thanked the customers for being patient. All while getting people checked out in a timely manner and still made you feel like you were an important customer. Just a great place to shop and the prices are topnotch. I love a good sale.

Staff was GREAT. Found everything I was looking for except 1 thing but have not found it anywhere so can't blame store. It's something VERY old fashion trying to recreate. Was able to use 2 coupons.

Not sure what's going on with Joann's, but came in today about 5:15 pm to get a few things. Noticed that as I entered the store, the employee was already bringing in the advertised specials from the sidewalk. She pushed them inside and just pushed them in the aisle where I was shopping in front of the acrylic ruler/QAYG pre-printed batting to where I couldn't even get by to look at those items. I'm looking at the books that are now always 20% or 30% off, so my coupons no longer apply. Seems like much of the fabric is always 25% off, so can't use my coupon there either. The prices on everything have gone up a lot and they removed all of the price scanners from the store, so you can no longer check a price without an associate. As I go look at the trim by the yard, I hear the PA system come on and announce that it is 5:40 pm and they will be closing in 20 min so I need to make my final selection and get up to the cash register. A bit rude. Then, at 5:45 pm the same announcement, blah, blah, blah they close in 15 min. I only saw one associate and she acted like she would rather be somewhere else. The whole atmosphere was so unwelcoming and screamed "we don't want any customers, please go away!". I shop here often and have never heard the PA used like that. I took that cue and went to check out. I didn't need to hear one more announcement to let me know that I was bothering the staff and needed to get the heck out of there. The store has become very unwelcoming and associates appear annoyed at having to help the customers. Sad. Your competitor across the street has a wide selection of sewing items and fabric that is often 40% off with abundant staff to assist.
