Every review here about how the people are unhappy and unhelpful is spot on. All the cashiers were rude and I think her name was Betty I think was especially rude when asking for help. I would steer clear of this establishment and go elsewhere.

I wanted to buy some material for covering a table I was building for myself. I found a bolt of vinyl, but it didn't have a price tag. I found an employee and she told me the price, and I remarked that I would be looking for a different material. In a snobbish tone she told me it was for furniture, and I informed her I was building something similar to a poker table. I informed her I needed something to cover a 4ft x 4ft surface, she said, "Well, the felts up front. You can't miss it."
I found the felt, but it was not wide enough, only 33in. Looking more, I found fleece wide enough for what I needed. Bringing it to the material to the counter she said, "you know this is fleece, right? The felt is in the same area."
I said, "Ma'am, this is my first time here, and I couldn't find felt large enough for what I needed." Rather than helping me she continues with the preparation of the fleece. I tell her I need a 4 ft x 4ft section. She says, "we sell by the yard. So how much do you need?"
So it was up to me to pull out my phone and convert yardage to footage.
A different employee rang up my sell. I told her, "thank you so much. Have a nice day."
Her response, "uh huh..."
This store seems well stocked, but the employee's attitudes are terrible and they don't care to help you. If this were my store and I had a new time customer that didn't really know how this establishment runs, I would have stopped what I was doing and taken them by the hand to make certain they were pleased and confident with not only what they were buying, but the operation of my store. Someone working at the fabric counter should be ready and willing to convert measurements from inches, feet, centimeters, whatever. And people may not be in the mood for 'Good Mornings', but you should at least try and fake it.

My wife went there to get fabric found what she wanted and told the lady she would buy it she just wanted her to cut it long way and the lady refused to just assist with something as small as customer satisfaction.

Literally the most rude people work here, especially at the fabric counter. They all hate their jobs with a passion. I have been there the last 3 times and was treated poorly by different associates every single time. THEY made a mistake with pricing on fabric and when I mentioned it , they acted like I was an inconvenience.... Even when I said thank you, she just stared at me blankly and said nothing. If looks could kill..... if yall hate your job that bad go find another one ! Life is short

There really is NO customer service or it seems that no one notices their employees. What a shame to enter a town and NO ONE knows how to help a customer. This store is always the same, but you have to give it a chance and there are 3, I will definitely NOT return. CEO, take note.
