Let me start with saying I prayed about this before anything! The process started with Matt, when I say he made me feel so comfortable starting through the gate. He showed me a few vehicles knowing my large family. I fell in love! Moving to Joe. I had little to no money to work with. Let me add my car took a dump on me just a few days ago. Joe made things happen! I am forever grateful for Jenny, Fran, Matt, and Joe! Thank yall so so much!

I’ve never been to a car lot and seen a vehicle so dirty and nasty on the interior, my wife got a suv from them and we noticed that there were little brown roaches crawling all over! I’m happy that we have transportation but very displeased with how clean it should’ve been!

I take my first review back
I honestly don’t know how this place is even allowed to operate the way it does. I’ve called multiple times over the past few months and every time I’m told “we’ll call you back.” Nobody ever calls back. Not once. I end up waiting around for calls that never come, and when I finally show up in person because nobody will answer or follow through, I get hit with attitudes like I’m bothering THEM.
Francesca is honestly one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with. Every time I talk to her she acts annoyed, dismissive, and like helping a customer is optional. That attitude is a huge part of the problem. she ended up calling the cops on me tonight because I wanted to know where my vehicle was and a copy of my Contract.
By the way, just today, I I was told to make myself available in one hour and I will get a call back after missing work to be available for this call three hours later still nothing I get The cops called on me because I wanna copy of my contract somebody make that makes sense?
I bought this car August 1 and it’s already been in the shop three times in four months. Now the whole engine is shot, and guess what there’s a factory recall on this exact engine that they NEVER told me about when they sold me the car. That SHOULD have been disclosed. Instead they hand me a car with a known defective engine and then blame everything on warranty Told me that I can’t even have it looked at or replaced because the manufacturer is behind
Now I’m stuck with no car, no rental, no transportation for work or my kids, and they keep bouncing me between insurance and the manufacturer like I’m supposed to figure it all out alone. Meanwhile I’m still expected to pay for a car I can’t even drive.
I just want someone to give me some options. I can’t keep paying 500+ dollars a month for a car that I can’t drive. That’s not drivable that you knew there was a recall on the engine. I want my warranty fully extended, I want my payments deferred while I’m without a vehicle, and I want accountability for selling me a car with a known recalled engine and then acting like it’s not their problem.
If anyone else has dealt with the Panama City / Lynn Haven Byrider and actually got results after being ignored and disrespected, PLEASE tell me what you did because this is ridiculous.

My daughter’s car has been in the shop for repair 3 times since she got it in August. Today the service dept said there is a recall and sent it to another dealership. We asked for a copy of the contract to see if the recall was disclosed at the time of purchase. We were asked to step into the office and when the lady stepped out to get the contract another lady asked us to step out of the office. When we refused they said we were trespassing and called the police. I told them I would leave as soon as she had the contract in her hand. Once she got it, I stepped out of there office and the 2nd lady said I assaulted her when she stepped in front of me. She even screamed are you assaulting me. Such a joke. She is the one that invoked the entire incident saying that I hit her. I never even touched her. She said it was all on camera. I asked to see the footage and waited on the police to arrive. Stay away from this dealership. The staff needs help. We are just trying to get my daughter’s care repaired and they cannot even tell her which dealership they took it to for the recall. Nor did they call her back after she called them twice during the day.
