Not happy with my daughters & I's haircuts but I'm not one to complain so I smiled paid, walk out, & to embarrased to go back to complain to get my money back (I'm way to passive, its my biggest fault). My daughters is just straight across & just doesn't have any flow to it, plus it still needs another 2 inches or so off the ends still. It was her 1st haircut & just not loving the way it looks. My hair cut isnt what I asked for, it's exactly what I said I didn't want (the preppy cut every mom gets, but its what i got) the girl even joked and saidthis us the gaircut i give every mom that comes in. I specificallyasked for an edgy cut,something different from what everyone gets and showed her multiple photos of what i wanted. And for $35 no shampoo, no style, cut the quickest haircut ever. She did my 4 yr old & mine in less then 30 minutes. When I go into other places they spend an hour+ on cut, Shampoo and style & i walk out confident with no regrets for the same price. Just not happy overall. It reminded me why I usually go to a real salon, I was just trying to save money but I spent $55 on 2 haircuts that I just am so upset over both. I do not recommend at all to anymore.

I had an appointment for a cut with Amy. She did a great job and was so nice and complimentary. I have Snow White hair and she told me that it was beautiful and so nice to workWith. If I’m still here from out of state I will definitely go back. Give her a try. I’m sure she will doA great job for you

I took my daughter to get her haircut here and we’ve been before and we had an amazing visit.but not so much this time. Hailey was our stylist she was very kind but we asked her for feathered layers and a face frame. NO DIFFERENCE!!!waste of money!!!

I came here to get my daughter a haircut and she requested feathered layers with a face frame. Hailey did her hair and there was no difference after.i was excepting a much better outcome .

I was not pleased with the services. I took in a picture and in no way was the cut anywhere close to what I requested. The manager even tried to direct the technician of what I wanted and also had her correct the cut, but by that time the cut was too short and nothing would have made it better.Service: Shampoo & conditioning

Avoid at all cost. The lady tried but it was obvious from the beginning she was new. Worst haircut and experience I’ve ever had. Manager’s response was this is not a barber shop but kept seeing what was wrong and fixing it for the other person cutting my hair. The lady tried and I think later she will be good. But I will never be back again.

Jewelry counter staff was ineffective. Being unable to multitask in a customer service position is a disadvantage to say the least. Having an argumentative disposition is also not the best way to represent such a large chain. Soured an otherwise pleasant experience.

I stopped in with a small hair-emergency, and received great, quick service. My stylist was Julia. She was quite friendly, and also gave some advice to help me avoid problems in the future. Very pleased, and would return!Service: Haircut
