I have been using Jay Care for several years now and I can tell you that more than a handful occasions probably two handfuls. I have had to take prescriptions in there that were different than what I normally take and Jay and his wife or his wife I should say Came around the counter and explained things in detail to me and that is such a feeling of a personable experience. It shows they care. I know that if I were to have any type of medication that could give me an a reaction or may not work as well as something else They will tell me I have had awesome time with being able to call and ask about a refill and not always because as we all know people get busy but I would say eight out of 10 times maybe nine out of 10 times. I can call And ready within 30 minutes , they are also willing to call your doctor when you don’t have refills and take care of all that for you. I would highly recommend this place and I wish more pharmacies were hands-on like they are. The only downfall is they don’t take insurance. Blue Cross is a major insurance and , I don’t understand why they don’t take insurance when everybody else does and I would say that’s probably why if anybody goes anywhere else that’s probably why and the staff is amazing. I have never ever walked in that door that I was graded immediately and she knows my specific things that I would like her to do , I don’t want a bunch of trash in my car. She will take it out of the bag and the bottle and God knows she helps me every single time I use my debit card. I can never remember what step next on their system what to do up to them and hopefully they’ll work on Excepting insurance because unfortunately, I have to have other prescriptions filled at another pharmacy because I can’t afford them off insurance. They are not just my pharmacy or my friends, they're my family!! I love these people with all of my heart. Without them I would surely be dead today!! They truly have hearts of gold! Good Christian people!!!

My husband and I will not even consider another pharmacy. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist is always willing to give information on the medications. They also let you know when scripts are due. This is the best pharmacy in Panama City in my opinion.

Amazing people! It is all around a great experience with every visit. Jay truly cares about his clients and gives honest and true advice. Would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for showing that that there are still good and caring people in this crazy world.

The pharmacist brought my oxygen sensor to the counter. He was peeling the price tag off as he walked up. Charged me $69 for it. Another local pharmacy has for $14.95.

I've always enjoyed an independent pharmacy a lot more than a retail pharmacy because of personalized service, but was stuck using CVS for a long time due to my insurance. I don't feel like a number here, and I followed Susheel, one of the Pharmacists from CVS to here as a customer and have never been happier. He and the other Pharmacist Rani, always treat with me care and I'm very happy I made the switch
