The condition of the place, the amount of trash all over the property is gross. The place needs to be condemned, NOT to mention there are people living in the units as well as they have animals living in the units.

I rented from this place about 20 years ago. I decidedto come back. I just rented a unit from Randy. He was very pleasant on the phone b4 and very accommodating during the process. I think my stuff will be very happy here.

I have rented a unit at J&P for 3 years and have been very satisfied the entire time. I love the new owners, they have put a lot of work into the making the complex look better. I would recommend these units to anyone looking for a great deal and easy access to your storage.
