“I just want to say how great this place is. We chose this place 7 years ago because we got tired of staying in high rise condos with long elevator waits and long way to the beach. We wanted closer access. We wanted a clean room and kitchen. I grew up staying at the old Miracle Strip motel with my parents. I knew PCB way before those high rises took over. I wanted to get back to a mom and pop place. We're staying again this year in July. I refuse to stay anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are clean always and the view is beautiful and we are close to Pier Park and elevator wait time is short. I highly recommend The Osprey. I cant wait to get back soon.”

“Sunset Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The views are unparelled and the motel is set close to the beach. Anthony"s Beach Service provides Beach Chair service. This really makes staying at. Sunset Inn the complete experience! Rooms have been remodeled and the staff in the office and the cleaning staff are very professional. You won't find luxury but clean rooms and helpful staff. Grills are provided and a lovely courtyard. My flight didn't leave until 7:00 pm in the evening and they provided a place for me to store my luggage and escape the heat. This is my 2nd stay at this quiet motel. My previous stay was seven years ago and equally as good. The only addition that might improve my stay would be replacement of the rusty refrigerator.”

“At first I wont lie I was so scared to stay here based on outside appearance. But the man that came from behind the desk was so funny and so sweet and just amazing with his service. I got to the room and loved that it was a HARD DOOR with proper bottom covering of the door panel which meant! YOU GUESSED IT! NO BUGS! HOLY WOW! I am so amazed and the room is newly remodeled and has an AMAZING SMART TV! The rooms do NOT smell like smoke, fresh paint and updated technology as well as far as TV and ALARM systems and such. The comforters are a little outdated, but to be honest, hotel and resort/condo bedding is upwards of like $200 or more for bedding so I completely get that with being a small business! I haven't used their pool yet but I do intend to and am hoping we get to stay longer as this is our only way to live at the moment. We will post pics of the room later when I get off work so you can see and hopefully choose the BUDGET INN for your vacation or for a safe and reliable night of rest, peace, and cleanliness!”

“Spectacular view. Very clean room. Convenient commute to several supermarkets and right next to a state park!If it weren’t for the early morning jackhammers in the penthouse suites on the top floor, this would’ve been a 5 star review. I should have been compensated somehow for this because it was an absolute headache.”

“The staff who checked us in was not in a great mood. We all have bad days though. We are booked for two days so maybe it'll get better.
Rooms: Not the cleanest but they are quiet.”
“Great location . Comfortable beds . No bugs that I could see . I checked because I saw earlier reviews post check in and had to give the bed a check after research on what they were . Also close to the mall and restaurants”

“Did not stay here, we took the elevator to the roof Garden. Terribly noisy. Had to shout and keep repeating what I said to be heard by my companions. It may have been better on the other side away from the low ceiling.
Lovely view of the Bay .
Same night of the week but comparatively empty. Lovely views and could hear without difficulty and chat without shouting. Also able to sit in the shade. Much better experience all round!
Nearby activities: Great to be able to walk to restaurants and cafes. Also able to walk to historical museum, Center for the Arts and The Gallery of Art.
