Very rudy lady answered the phone! I called to price check her two largest units and when she gave the price i said thank you and was interupted by her saying if i didnt want one why did i call as she hung up! Yep its sad because this was the closest one to the location I needed. It was price check! Needs help in phone dept!

Carolyn is extremely nice and helpful! I called around to more than a few storage places and I encountered rude people and people who acted like they just wanted the money. She was the first person to be not only helpful but very understanding, patient and nice! Thank you, Carolyn!

Their units are centrally located near my home in Callaway. The units are moderately priced. The customer service, Carolyn is pretty good. All in all hour late the total package four stars out of five.
