Yesterday I bought a 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport from Matthew and it is INCREDIBLE! I couldn’t have asked for a more personable, honest and open salesman who was a pleasure to be around. I would 100% recommend!

Goodluck trying to get a part. They can't seem to answer phones. Other departments just transfer you without trying to see why nobody is answering. Trying online chat isn't any better because they just want your information for customer retention it seems. They'll repeatedly ask for your phone number and your email address before trying to help you at all.

Leaving PCB for home had a bad tire on our Odyssey from hitting some kind of weird concrete blocks in the middle of the road, not a median. It was 2 hours and out the door and they were real busy. Thanks William Gibson for such good service.

I'm very upset. I bought a BMW several years ago. I bought Gap insurance. The BMW X1 was totaled in a hurricane in Lynn Haven 2021. I just found out I have a 600 dollar collection on my credit. I have been up there once. They promised to take care of it. They did not. I wouldn't recommend Bay Honda because of their integrity.

2018 Honda Pilot - had an emissions system error while in town for a business trip. Dropped in early on Friday morning for a diagnostic and David informed me they found the injectors needed replaced and it was covered under a warranty extension. What a relief! Agreed to have transmission serviced while they had it in the shop. They had me back on the road a couple hours later; very thankful for such a pleasant experience!

Bought 2017 CR-V two days ago. Very good buying experience. No pressure to buy anything more than I wanted. Negotiations on price went smoothly as did the closing with finance. Salesman David Kraning was super!
Use dealer’s service department for all maintenance. Super good work, ready when promised. However, not easy to make an appointment. They utilize a “centralized “ reservation system that is in another city and twice I’ve made reservations thru them that didn’t get thru to the Honda dealership. Best to try to get reservations made with local service representatives- they always get it right.

Matthew T. Sales Representative is a rude person me and my spouse went down there to look at vehicles to test the driving, not wanting to purchase yet just trying to see which vehicle was best for us and he was not kind at all. He kept asking are you gonna buy the vehicle today. We didn't like the vehicle that had which was the color red. We asked if there any white or black vehicles coming in. He kept repeating are you going to buy this vehicle and we asked if the vehicle we saw online was there and he just kept stating its all sold out you would need to make a deposit today.
