My daughter bought a car from Mathew. He made a mistake on paperwork and cost an extra $300, but worse than him not taking responsibility for his mistake is that he refused to take her calls or guide her through the process of fixing his mistake. He got his money and ran. I am running to Pensacola, Dothan, or Tallahassee the next time we want a Honda.

Dropped my car off for a 7:30 appointment called at 1:20for an update was told they will call me back 2 hours later still no call so I call back finally get my advisor and she tells me 2 out of the 4 things I brought it up there for they would cover under warranty. My steering wheel is peeling and she told me it's because I drive with my knee. The backup camera being fuzzy is because it's not a 4k camera really where do they come up with this stuff

Honda of Bay County did an oil change last week on our Honda Odyssey and on Sunday the van broke down in middle of the highway and had to be towed to back Honda of Bay County. After almost a whole day of inspections on Monday they called and said the van needed a new alternator, new battery, and replacement of O rings. The O ring had leaked oil into the alternator which also killed the battery. Over $1800 in damages and car rental fees are going to be needed. First question is why didn't they discover this issue last week while changing the oil during their multi-point inspection? If they had really performed the "Honda Multi-Point" inspection that was supposed to be followed they would have found this issue during the oil change. It appears that whoever inspected the van didn't do a great job or cut corners; but as always the customer is on the hook. While thinking about trading in the van soon I don't think we'll go with a Honda since this isn't the first Honda Dealership to skimp on inspections which later turned into more expensive issues.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today at Honda of Bay County in Panama City, Florida.Last week, I scheduled an appointment for today, Monday, May 9th at 1 PM.Upon my arrival, 10 minutes early, I was told by Service Advisor Chris Helms that he couldn't have my car ready until the following day because "...50 cars showed up without appointments, because they were told by the call center that appointments were not necessary."I told Mr. Helms that I live an hour away from Panama City, I had a solid appointment made a week earlier, and I felt that he should honor my appointment.To which, he repeated what he'd said earlier.I will never go back to Honda of Bay County.The service at that location is lousy and not trustworthy.I don't have time for that nonsense.Gary Wofsey

Amazing experience with this dealership with the purchase of our new Honda Accord Sport. From first walking on the lot to pulling off in our new car was a comfortable experience.

We made deal on a vehicle and I left the dealership. My wife went into the finance office and the deal changed. They changed the terms of our agreement and took my wife for a thousands of dollars. I would not recommend you go to this dealership. Crooks and liars.
