Absolutely amazing hotel. Management and front desk staff are so helpful when it comes to encountering issues on your stay. Very accommodating and patient ! Rooms were spotless and clean.

I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn it was close to everything that I needed to be around for my business trip, I enjoyed the breakfast and we enjoy the swimming pool and the gym.Rooms: The room was nice and comfortable, they had everything I needed.Nearby activities: Walmart is near by, Waffle House is near by.Safety: I felt safe at this hotelFood & drinks: We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Loved the pancake machine. The food attendants were very friendly and professional, kept the area clean and well stocked.

We travel alot and always consider holiday Inn hotels, but this one was not the best. First, the hvac system was leaking a lot which made the carpet wet, and it was kind of smelly. Second, there was a big and fast spider in the bathroom. Next, the alarm was set on 4am and 6am... woke up every buddy in the room. My main complaint was the breakfast. The food wasn't fresh at all and had no taste in it and they were low on everything, I was waiting for the food most of the time. Also one lady that worked there wasn't so nice.... we asked her to change the pancake batter, but she said it was full when it clearly wasn't and it took her 30min to realized it was empty.Other than that this hotel is like any other Holiday Inn Express we have been to. Looks renovated and some what clean in the lobby. Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless your on a budget.Rooms: The ac in my room was leaking and the carpet was fully wet. If you're in need of a place to stay that's both comfortable and convenient, this Holiday Inn Express is certainly worth considering. The modern amenities, friendly service, and prime location make it an excellent choice for travelers of all kinds.However, it's important to note that there are some aspects of the hotel that are not up to par. One major disappointment was the state of the toilet seat in my room. It was old and crusty, clearly in need of replacement. It was a surprising oversight by the management, and it was disappointing to see that such a basic element of the room had not been addressed.That being said, the hotel does offer a variety of amenities that help make up for this flaw. The rooms are well-appointed with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The complimentary breakfast is also a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from to start your day off right.

This is a Holiday Inn that has been remodeled and is probably better than it once was, but still has a way to go. Room was remodeled though it seemed as if they forgot to remodel the toilet and the bathtub. (Toilet seat was scratched up and the toilet itself did not work properly).

Service and the complimentary breakfast were great. The room seemed like it couldn't handle the humidity.. smelled a little like foot. Toilet seat was old and scratched (seems strange), no fan in the bathroom- Size was good & tv

I stay at holiday inns all over the country and this was definitely not the best. It was okay lots of construction workers which isn't a problem but parking was. The room was okay drains seemed to not work properly in shower and sink. Room service came daily but never changed out my towels or wash clothes.

Justine is incredible at the front desk! She is very warm and inviting, she does amazing! On top of that the house keeping staff is is just overall incredible! Marcia and Gloria worked with us on when to come in and were always friendly and professional which was great because we have 6 kids. Donna in breakfast was my favorite...she was just the best! The staff really made our vacation amazing and makes this hotel as great as it is. Thank you guys!!

Justine greeted us at the desk with a smile and great attitude. Her professional appearance was greatly appreciated. The place smelled clean as soon as we walked through the doors. Justine was very happy to accomidate us for the night. Located away from all the chaotic and crazy beach vacationers. Nice and quiet. Very easy to get in and out of. Sign is lit up and easy to spot from the road, which is an added plus! Close to a good variety of places to eat.
