I’ll never buy my frames here again. They put the sticky price tags right on the glass frames, so then you have to spend time soaking in Goo Gone and scrubbing to remove the residue. Also most of the frames I got didn’t come with hardware attached to hang the picture, so then I had to get out my drill bits and drill and carefully drill a tiny hole in and hope I didn’t crack the wood frame and then screw in the hardware myself. Ridiculous.

The absolute disgustingly rude Asian lady (assuming she thinks she is a manager) with the classic Karen haircut has absolutely NO customer service. She is the reddest later I've ever dealt with and I will be driving to Pier Park from now on and give all my money to Michael's. It's a shame that someone can ruin everything but I don't have to give people my hard earned money to be disrespected like this so called manager did

I think it might be a beautiful store but I'm definitelyyyy not going back. The staff was closing early for memorial day and were using "section clear" codes over the intercom (which leader I realized meant they were hinting at us to leave because it’s too intimidating to let us know they’re closing early I guess?) which I wouldn’t understand the meaning of those stupid clear codes because I don’t work there. I noticed employees frowning angrily at me everywhere I was walking. I walked a few more aisles and heard something else on the intercom telling employees to clock out, so I realized with it being memorial day they were closing early. (There was one sign at the very top of the sliding glass door in the front that I noticed on my way out and you would not have noticed going in concerning their holiday hours.) of anyone coming up and politely telling us that it was closing time, they all stalked us creepily and whispered until one person asked impatiently if there was anything she could help with. I asked what time they close. She said 530 with an ugly frown. I asked what time is it while laughing, she said 530 condescendingly. I chuckled and went to apologize before I realized they were literally ushering me and my boyfriend out like we stole something. There was not a single Customer Service smile on anyone’s face except for lady that was standing in the pack of people facing us for us to walk up the exit aisle and wait for them to unlock the door while we stood there awkwardly being shot nasty glances from at LEAST 8 people just standing there not telling us anything the entire time. It was just weird and disgusting behavior. If anyone had been smart enough or nice enough to say "we’re closing earlier for memorial day", I would have in no way shape or form gotten offended and would have picked up the pace. I have worked Customer Service on holidays just waiting for the clock to let me off work. But I have never stared someone down with an ugly angry face without giving them a reason. How the hell am I supposed to know you close early? Lol why would you be open on memorial day at all if it’s so obvious that you would be closing early? The festivities are over. the day is done… Why close at 5:30 and what makes you think that’s actually “early“? You’re basically working a full day anyways and you missed most of it even if you worked half a shift. That’s just weird business etiquette and your employees hate it. Get your employees some better customer service and learn how to close appropriately. the way they handled this was absolutely atrocious. I will never find myself there again unless it’s to stare every single employee down and make them feel horrible for absolutely no reason while walking to their car when they close.
My boyfriend was with me- he was on the phone so he didn’t say anything at the time, but he was extremely uncomfortable as well. and that someone who could care less about uncomfortability.
