I lost airpods in my rental, I tried to call the location directly with no success, I did the lost and found form which takes them 3-5 days to respond. since then the vehicle has been rented and returned with my Airpods still inside I tried numerous times to update the lost and found info on-line but still takes 3-5 days for them to respond. I tried calling the number on the website again it takes you to customer service but not at the location, the rep said he can transfer me directly to the location I was put on hold and when it connected it said the number is not in service. this process takes too long I returned the vehicle on 8-13-24 it is now 8-22-24 9 days later and still cannot get the number to the location so I can ask them to check the vehicle.

Honestly had an amazing experience, got stranded during the global IT outage and went back there as soon as they opened the next day. The man who helped us was straightforward and was somehow able to get us an economy car in our price range same day - if I had got his name I would mention him, but I feel so grateful to be able to get back home thanks to them.

Had a great experience at this location on our trip last week. Picked up the car while collecting from baggage claim, help was friendly and efficient and the return was a breeze. Car was super clean and gave us no issues all week.

If I could leave no stars, believe me, I would!!! These people are the absolute RUDEST I have even come in contact with. They are NOT willing to help you at all! They don’t even want to take the time to look in their system to see if they have a vehicle to accommodate you. Apparently some of their employees have worked there for 11 years and don’t even know how to cancel the signature pad! All they want to do is argue! Below are the pictures of the can we rented and is not appropriate, especially for $1400… and not photographed is the fact that if you let go of the wheel, it will jerk uou all the way to the left and into oncoming traffic.

Stay far away from this location. Sat in line for 30 min and got to the counter and realized I left my ID 30 feet away. Was forced to go to the back of the line again… 15 people deep. Took over an hour to get my car. The mid 60’s brunette woman was the worst. Karma got her… that’s why she is stuck behind the counter at hertz

Online says it takes apple pay when you get there they “take” apple pay but you have to have a physical card to put in the “machine”

Patrick and his team were extremely helpful in helping me resolve a booking conflict with Economy Booking (never with book with them). They were very informative, professional, and attentive to my situation and I couldn’t be happier with their assistance!

Strongly discourage using this Hertz location. Purchased a rental in advanced to fit my family, including our toddler. It was not available when we arrived on time. We were told it would be at least an hour until available and could be longer (with toddler needing to nap). They offered an "upgrade" if I would like the car when my reservation was scheduled for, but they forced me to pay the difference, despite not having my vehicle available at planned time. Then, after begrudgingly agreeing to pay the difference, they said it would actually be twice as expensive as initially stated for the upgrade. I won't use Hertz again anywhere based on this manipulative experience.

I wouldn’t bother. They are open but do not have the decency to pick up the phone. I’ve called multiple times throughout the day. It seems this location needs to be revamped completely. Get rid of everyone and start over. You need too.

Never again will I rent from here. Charge for gas pick the car up on 395 mile return it on 433 mile. Also charge another hour when retuned. Go somewhere else if you can

I called them to inform them of a delay with my flight causing me to be delayed in my pick up no one made a note of it.. Bad enough I’m already exhausted from a last minute overnight layover. I get here and the car I already PREPAID for is not available and the representative is saying the car they have available is $15 more a day which is ridiculous. They suggest I leave and come back in the afternoon but the main reason I’m getting a rental is because I am a black hijabi who doesn’t feel comfortable getting in an Uber. Me leaving and coming back in the afternoon would require me getting in an Uber and in addition accruing additional costs I should not have to. I can see why this location has a 2.9. DO NOOOTTT BOOK HERE

Worst every. When I checked out, I was given a stall #. Great forgot to tell me rented from Hertz. The car is parked in another rental car stall. I noticed a SUV with a Hertz sign on it. They were to busy talking to each other, than helping customers who appears lost . Trying to find my rental tell approached and ask. I was then told it was in another company stallOk now when I return the people in SUV not around. Guess what no signs to park Hertz rental car. No one to check your vehicle in. Worst car rental I ever had.. car was good help was bad
