“I learned about faithfully fit from a friend who was a client for a while. I finally got the nerve to join the boot camp program and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I struggle with depression and let me tell you, there is nothing like the natural remedy of a work out that really kicks your butt in an amazing way! When I walk out of a class I don't just feel my depression ease for that day, I could skip the next day (only if I'm way too sore to attend ?) and still feel the amazing lift in my spirit through the next day! The trainers are so nice and inspiring and motivating which if you're anything like me, you need that motivation! Going to the gym is easier when you're going to a class that is not only going to get you a great workout but it's also fun and there is comraderie among the clients and trainers. I just love it! I'm grateful I've found this”
