I felt compelled to share my recent experience with Ground Zero Metal Works as a token of appreciation for the outstanding service I received.
After my car endured damage from a hail storm last year, a co-worker highly recommended Ground Zero for vehicle restoration. Admittedly, I had never dealt with such a situation before, and hearing about the dissatisfaction of others who had faced similar issues at different establishments left me feeling uncertain and anxious.
From my initial contact with Mr Castle at Ground Zero Metal Works until the completion of the restoration process, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism, efficiency, and quality of service provided. Not only were the staff members knowledgeable and courteous, but they exhibited a genuine concern for ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
What set Ground Zero apart from other businesses in the eyes of customers like myself was the attention to detail and the commitment to delivering exceptional results. The thorough assessment of the damage, clear communication on the timeline and process, and the impeccable restoration work on my vehicle left me beyond satisfied.

First time doing business with these guys and what a pleasant experience it was! I just want to say, any good business is busy! These guys will do you right though! They did a phenomenal spray in bed liner job on my 01 Toyota Tundra I just got. It’s beautiful, looks like a brand new truck bed. Even went as far as cleaning the rust off my hook brackets and painting those as well. Awesome job, Brandon! Will definitely do more business with them.Service: Painting

I was given an estimate and told that they could get me in but never actually set me up an appointment/date to bring it in or anything, more of a “I’ll squeeze you in when I feel like it.” I understood he was quite busy at the time and I was very patient but the communication was non existent, all I would get is an “I’ll let you know.” I wasted a few months waiting for nothing, Just eventually stopped responding to my messages completely. At that point I found a different guy locally in which they got me in and out in less than a month for half the price that ground zero had quoted me. Nonetheless, it seems that I was not taken seriously whatsoever and a lot of my time was just straight up wasted. Kind of sucks because I hear they do great work but they fall short in some areas it seems.

I have a corvette c8 rapid blue. I went for a ride one day with my top off, after my ride I put the top back on and didn’t lock it back so I guess you know what happened the next time I went for a ride. Yes I lost my top blew right off and crashed on the road I was so upset ?I even got sick that night. I called the Chevy dealer and they directed me to Brandon at ground zero. I called him and he told me to bring it in on a Monday and he was done by Thursday right in time for me to take it on vacation with me. This company is reliable and has very fair pricing. Thank you Brandon you guy’s really took care of me and I appreciate it.

Brandon did an excellent job repairing small paint damage from road debris. He gave a quick, honest estimate. Scheduled me on the calendar and even completed the repair a day earlier than promised. Small to large jobs, cash or insurance, it looks like he does all types of auto body repair.

Brandon did an outstanding job correcting recent hail damage on my truck. You can tell he cares about his customers and is very thorough. It’s a black truck and I’m sure was very difficult to repair. Truck looks perfect!

I called them in January and the owner said he was putting me on his list and to call him March 20. He did call me that day before I could call him to tell me it'd be another month. I waited because he came highly recommended by a couple of my friends. I called him in late April and he said he needed another week due to family issues. I waited for him to call until last week (end of May) and finally called him and explained I had waited and he said he was on the road and would call me later that day and he never called. I've essentially wasted five months waiting on someone who apparently doesn't think wasting customer time is a big deal but it is to me. I would have gone out of the area way before now if he hadn't told me he'd do it. Not cool or ok.
