I had car trouble, my engine starting to run hot. I turn my car into here. Great costumer services and they found what they think is the problem. Cooling fans not working and electric problems is what I was told by Grease Pro. They ask to replace the fans but they didn’t offer electric work, price came up to $773. I had the car towed to new location. At new location they found no electrical issues and just the coolant fans need to be replaced. I stated that it was new fans that just been installed. New company says that fans doesn’t work will need new ones. New company gets my car up and riding with new fans they install. I tried to bring the new fans back that was installed from Grease Pro that I never used because I had the car towed. Was told that it has void the warranty because not in vehicle and I would have to try and sell the fan online. FYI just because something turns on doesn’t mean it can its fully do it job, it can start up no problem then fail.

They still haven't gotten back with my husband about when they broke my oil cap and are suppose to be giving us a check for the money back I had to pay to get everything replaced!!

Amazing service! They helped us with our flat tire on a saturday when they were not open for tire repair. Very nice and helpful. Joe and his guys were great! Would definitely recommend!

I could not say enough great things about Joe.
He explained to me in detail and took me over to his computer to show me diagrams and then recommend me to a transmission place.
Any shop that’s willing to do that is awesome in my book.

We were traveling to Panama City Beach today and we were only 6 miles from our destination when our tire started going flat. Frantic on what to do, we came across Grease Pro. Joe came to our rescue and quickly found the problem. He removed the tire, patched it, and put it back on. We were there less than 20 minutes. Exceptional service. Thank you Joe!

Worst experience I have ever had getting an oil change. Joe Martin, the manager, spent the entire time talking about how he was going to take such good care of us, how bad the other Grease Pro stations are in Panama City, and how he was going to improve the terrible reputation that Grease Pro has in Panama City. As soon as we paid and left, we turned our car off and it would not start again. This had never happened before. I called Joe and he told me that he had informed me that my battery was low (he never did) and then informed me that he could not help me. We will never return to this station or any Grease Pro again.
