My father passed away and just like anyone would we needed flowers. My mom & son chose this place because they worked with her on pricing and our family likes to shop local, let's face it, the small blue collar businesses need it more than big chains. She couldn't see paying over 200 bucks for something that would wilt away. 2 small vases w/flowers that would look nice & 80 bucks. ordered them 4 days ago & to pick them up today a day before the services. Took my mom to pick them up at 4pm they close at 5pm. The lady preceded to tell us that she lost the order & asked what she ordered. It was annoying but she offered to deliver to the church at 9am. Then asked if we had anything else to do & we said yes, again agreed to have them delivered. She said she got 7 funeral orders today & hasn't been able to breathe. Um ok? what does that have to do with an order placed 4 days ago? No sooner than we got 4 mins from home this lady calls to "remind" her to pick up her flowers. "We were just there and you said you lost my order, now you want me to come back because you have it now after you just agreed to deliver tomorrow?'" I can hear this lady telling all of this to my mother. I told mom to have her deliver to the funeral home and we can pay tomorrow. She said she would but demanded payment first. Nothing of which was asked for when we were in her presence at the shop. Um, no mom we are not doing that, it's 5 minutes before they close. My mom again said you know where I live you have my number I will settle up with you tomorrow. The lady at the store preceded to argue with my mom that she wasn't doing anything until she got paid. My mom again repeated herself. At this time I am also telling the idiot no. I hear this ignorant greedy person tell my mother to tell me to take a chill pill. WRONG PERSON AND WRONG DAY! I took the phone from my mother and preceded to rip her from head to toe. She then tells me she asked us to wait 15 minutes, my response "No mam, you did not I was standing right in front of your face and you agreed to deliver them by 9am to the services, she preceded to LIE and say she never agreed to that. However, she would do so if she got paid first. I again ripped her a new one, you are the one that LOST the order from 4 days ago! Now magically n 15~30 mins you have them? She repeated I asked you both to wait! UM NO YOU DID NOT! I’m not stupid nor is my mother. Demanding payment the DAY BEFORE THE?! She again told me to take a chill pill. You have no idea what you got yourself into; for someone in the flower business who received 7 funeral orders today, you certainly do not have any compassion for someone grieving & clearly not organized. She interrupted & said yes I do I do this every day & I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Well now you have lady! She hung up. Rather than offer an apology for the mixup or ask how she could make it right, she demanded payment.
we did not rush back to go pay for flowers 5 mins before they close. no flowers for my daddy's funeral. A Veteran to that matter. I hope you are reading this, u treated my mother disrespectfully, rudely, & quite honestly u treated her like she is common trash who wouldn't pay for 2 small flower bouquets as promised & offered to settle up upon delivery. U shouldn't assume that everyone isn't going to pay for their orders. Some do not have credit or debit cards by choice as is their right to do so. Cash is still good in America for now. Nor should you expect people to give you CC info over the phone especially in this time of scammers attacking elderly. I have a feeling those "7" funeral orders would give more money and my mother's 80 dollar bouquets are just pennies to you. If it took you 15 minutes to make the order, you could and should have done that when you walked into the door first thing this morning. I guess higher paying customers get priority. Get some time m

I love this little shop. Everyone is so nice to me. I have a standing order for my wife. We get an arrangement every other week. They never disappoint. They also sell other items as well.

I ordered a bouquet of fresh flowers on Friday 06/21 for my daughter’s birthday. This is the flowers 6 days later!! Still beautiful fresh as if just delivered. Got Flowers was friendly, kind and fast! I will use them over and over!!

Got Flowers has done a few arrangements for us this year but today I called mid day to have flowers delivered in same day and left the arrangement style up to them and when I say they did not disappoint...they did not!! Thank you for making my friend's day with the beautiful arrangement and mine because you took care of it and you could not have done it better(and great quality for the cost)❤️

Flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was perfect. Service was great. I'm in Texas and they've in Florida and they did everything they said they would. They are very nice, patient and extremely helpful. I had no idea what to get and they made it very simple for me while not trying to hit me with the most expensive arrangement. Everyone that saw the arrangement said it was beautiful. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Even though the girl it was for never picked them up. So I gave it to someone who worked there. And she loves them.

Called and ordered Mother's Day flowers on Friday afternoon and they were delivered Saturday afternoon. I gave their artists free rein to make a design and was very happy with the final product. My mom loved them!
