I've been visiting this store 3-4 times a month for 3yrs. Yesterday I was treated pretty poorly due to their own pricing discrepancy. All I was trying to figure out is if something was being sold as a set since there were multiple price tags and none on the bowls I wanted. Felt as if I was being treated like I was at fault for the error or that I caused the issue. Not great being treated like a scammer after buying so much from them over the years. I was very helpful and doing everything I could to aid them but communication was very poor on their part. Will not visit again. Never has been the most pleasant Goodwill so I will not overlook this experience. Boo. Treat people better and don't expect the worst from people when dealing with issues. Take some responsibility for your own mistakes. We all make them.

I go into a lot of Goodwills throughout the USA, and I tell you what, this was one of the most cleanest, well organized, friendly employees that I've ever been in. Definitely worth a look , never know what you might find

They are letting employees work with no AC because it isn’t in their budget to fix it. Then my daughter went to work today and they fired her due to needing 3 days off because of school. She simply asked for Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday off so that she could have time to keep up with her school work and college classes. Mind you she was hired as part time but they were working her 6 days a week!!!! The Manager Mrs. Lafon literally told my child that those days were too much and was very hostile towards my daughter!!! Corporate will definitely be getting a phone call from me!!!

I come here when I can. They usually have a great assertion of books and movies. One time I went in here and they didn't have those things anymore. Maybe they were reorganizing. So many clothes there. I lived buying a few nice clothes and dresses from them. The selection of kids toys are slim, choices of shoes is great, choices of furniture and accessories and many other things is great too. They seem to have things different every time and it's great. The staff are nice. But of course the shoppers are going to be very old, or intitled "rich" snobby rude disrespectful mostly woman but that's literally everywhere you go and shop somewhere. Not the staffs fault they can't do nothing about rude snobby customers. Other then that I got no complaints. They have a verity of brands for clothing. I've seen Walmart,Fashion nova, Shein, Holister,Aero, Aeropostile, Marilyn Monroe Collection (not sure if that's the name of the brand) they had Victoria Secret and many other brands but I never heard of them before and I can't remember the other brands I saw there. Just a great verity of clothing. To active wear to dresses to tank tops to sleep wear to summer, to winter, to spring, to whatever. As for baby clothes they have plenty. I don't know the brands or any (I don't have children) but I've seen really cute clothes for a two month old baby to a five month baby. I've not seen any clothes for 4 or 6 year old children though yet. But I'm sure they have some or maybe donate them somewhere else. Overall this is a lovely Goodwill. Definitely worth checking in. They even have pictures, lamps, carpets, dishwear, and other miscellaneous stuff. So if ever you get the chance come to this Goodwill it's very nice.

Absolutely love this store and the staff/employees! They are very friendly! The prices are pretty good. Some things are a little more but it’s cheaper than buying it brand new at a high end retail store. All in all, great place! Go check it out! It’s huge!!

If the prices seem to be high to some keep looking as there are so many great priced things here! Truly a great place and one I would always come back to over and over. I am glad they have this around here with so much organization! Loved the glassware pricing and the rug pricing as well. Thank you for not gouging the public it is awesome :)

The best Goodwill by far. I used to work for them about 12 years ago (2022 now) and I know all the ins and outs of the process through many stores. They have a dedicated crew and the nicest people working for them. This particular store (23rd St Panama City) is a MILLION DOLLAR STORE annually... that's a LOT of good quality donations getting pushed through there and almost all of it goes right back to the community in one form or another: through assistance programs, housing for single women/men with kids, abused children charities, non profits/ charities in general, disabled training and employment, ect ect. Go here for your thrifting needs! Every day has new inventory in every section!

The prices are a bit on the high side, for a thrift store. Thought they were there to help lower income families, but some of the items are priced higher than the marked down price from store's ( they leave the prices on a lot of items from retailers). Example: I was looking at a vase with a TJ Max clearance sticker of $4.19 & goodwill had a $5.50 price on it, no I didn't buy it. Also they sale book shelves for $69-$79 used & damaged that you can get new at Walmart or Big Lots new for half the price. They really need to reevaluate if they are helping the community or just trying to make a profit ? Seriously you can even buy jeans new at Burlington, Ross or Bealls for a couple of dollars more brand new.
