Dr. Fav and staff have taken care of our family since we moved to the area 11 years ago. I can't put into words how many times they've gone above and beyond. No, it is not the closest to where we live but the care and compassion they give makes it worth the travel.

My 4-month-old fur baby got stepped on by my pitbull and broke his leg I thought the only option was to put him to sleep because I couldn't afford to get his leg operated on and all the doctors there were so kind and understanding and gave me another option it was the hardest decision me and my husband had to make but after talking to Dr Baker which is so amazing understanding and caring. We had our baby's leg amputated and from the beginning to the end they have been so amazing they brought back life to me and my husband and gave my fur baby a chance to enjoy his life with us. They will always be like family to me

Please read this before you go Truth honest truth this place is unable to treat serious illness their has been an investigation open on dr Burrus multiple times for not taking care of his animals they will say they have a 4.7 star review but it’s frighting looking at the 1 star reviews cause they sound so similar I’m starting to think they just tell people to give them 5 star reviews my dog had a common illness for 1 day hypothyroidism and then said she had diabetes then another illness they never knew they just kept giving her medication until she had a stroke never called and was always whispering then said she was fine while she was nearly unconscious and the next day said we didn’t know what happen she’s dead then told us to shut up then said your lucky we even called you there’s also been stories about them not calling at all and who knows what happens to their pets this place has killed maybe over 100 dogs not counting the animals being put down I’m just counting medical negligence

They would not allow me to bring all three of my pets simultaneously. They would only take two at one appointment. I chose another vet. I live 45 minutes away. Two trips are just ridiculous. Their reason was that people make appointments and don't show. Oh well, they lost a customer with three pets. That's a good customer.
