After getting wrong test done at Quest (and having to wait 40 min with an appointment) and being ignored at Patel's lab by Publix I went to Florida Medical Lab and was in and out in 5 minutes, no waiting. Very nice employees

I've used this facility on several occasions but unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing & frustrating. Lab work was drawn mid-July. Was told the results would take a few days. Here we are, 16 days later and still waiting. Now, when I call, they tell me it will be another 7 days before they think the results will be done. That'll be 23 days from the date blood was drawn and 3 days after my doctor's appointment. They point the finger at the out-of-town office and the main HQ points the finger at the local office. I'll be looking for another place to have my labs drawn in the future.

Excellent service and overall experience today. No wait time at all. The receptionist was an angel, sweet as honey and the technician was kind as she could be too. I told her it always takes a couple pokes but she got it first try! Super impressed.

Excellent place. I had no waiting. They don't do appointments, thankfully. All other sites wanted me to slug through a not user friendly web site. Florida medical said "just come in, rarely more then 10 min wait" I was in and out in less then 10 mins

Every single person in that office is Polite and Kind, they all care about the discomfort that you are going through and try to make you as comfortable as possible. My veins like to run and hide every time I walk through the door but Stephanie is always up for the challenge and is able to do it every single time!

Great staff, friendly. I have never been here and I have no insurance. 4 painless blood tests, less than $100 and 15 minutes later I was finished and walking out the door. I would definitely recommend Florida Medical Lab.

All of the staff members were welcoming & friendly. They all did their best to accommodate me with my "electric blue walker." Kathara was amazing! She is the best phlebotomist that I have ever had! Kathara was patient & gentle. In the past, some phlebotomists have had trouble drawing my blood. This was certainly not the case with her. I highly recommend this medical lab to anyone in need of laboratory services.

They don't accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, unlike every other lab and doctor in this town. They must make their money off of the government insurances. Not mad at them, mad at the system. If the government is going to make us carry insurance, then it should be mandated that all providers and services take all insurances.

I just have to say CeCe was absolutely amazing during my blood draw. Im one that usually faints or almost faint during a blood draw and she told me nope that’s not gonna happen today . I hardly felt anything and I did not faint. Thank you so much Cece for your patience and for being so kind!
