Linda & Carol were absolute gems! We are out of towners and loved everything in the store but there was some things wouldn’t be able to fit in our suitcases. So they went out of their way and helped us get the rooster my husband wanted from PCB to Houston, Texas for us. Loved their customer service !

Just left Florida linens. After speaking with the owner, Lynn, I have to say this experience was one of most disappointing displays of customer service I’ve ever seen. We reached out to have the drapes in our newly acquired condo cleaned. The representative from Florida linens that we spoke with said it would be $75 to spot treat the drapes and $200 to clean them in entirety, if we decided, of which the original $75 would be deducted. He said he would have them back next day, so we agreed. After confirming that the drapes had spot treated well we told him to go ahead and do the whole job, reaffirming that quoted pricing, total of $200 minus the initial $75, leaving a balance of $125. After not receiving our drapes back for several days we started calling. We explained that we had guests checking in and that we were well past the quoted timeframe and we need the drapes to be returned. We made a final call at 10pm on Thursday May 23rd to explain that we needed our drapes for our arriving guest the next day and were to that they would be returned the next morning. The drapes were returned and rehung wet the next morning, Friday May 24th. Mere hours before our guest checked in. If all that hassle wasn’t bad enough, I stopped by the store Friday afternoon to pay the $125 balance, when I was told by one of the employees that the total was $325. I was shocked and asked for an explanation, because we made our decision to use their service base on the price and timeframe quoted and at no point had anyone mentioned anything different. When Lynn, the owner, heard me discussing the matter with her employee she came over and said the balance would be $200, still not what we were quoted. I explained to her that that was nonsense to change the price after providing the service without any communication prior. She didn’t care and insisted that I pay the additional $75 above the quoted price. So to Lynn I say, thanks for the bait and switch, for taking forever and for the wet drapes hours before our guests checked in. Not cool, not professional and not ever going to do business there again. It’s unfortunate people don’t care anything about customer service anymore. They just want to take your money. If you do business here, which I recommend against, you better get any promises in writing.

Florida Linen is absolutely amazing! They handled a complete renovation for our condo. They ordered & installed draperies, had it painted, handled the glass installation on our shower & countertop in the bathroom. On top of all that, they completely decorated the condo with furnishings, bedding, accessories & artwork. A huge shout out to Lyn who made our condo look like a show room. She was amazing and her talent is unmatched. She made the whole process so very easy as we live out of state. She handled it all! Also a special thanks to Courtland & Scott for assisting Lyn. The whole team was the best of the best. It’s not just linen there, they have it all.

This place is amazing and offers a plethora of quality made products including bed coverings, pillows, furniture, outrageously beautiful metal art, bath accessories, wreaths, decorative bowls and you name it. I purchased an absolutely beautiful bed spread and corresponding decorative pillows and lamps. I am going back to find a few other items. Amy was very helpful with decoration idea. The staff, Minday, Courtland, Heidi and Lynn the owner are "over the top" talented! Go see for yourself. You will be amazed as there is something for everyone! What I really liked is that you don't see their offerings elsewhere, so you'll know it is nearly one of a kind. Thanks team! I can't wait to wake up in the morning to make the bed!!!

OVER THE TOP selection, products, quality and service! I was shocked at the vast options for bed coverings and accent pillows. They have art, metal figures for the wall and anything you'd ever need for your home. Amy helped me and Lynn (owner) came in and helped as well, Mindy and Courtland gave their valued opinions. It was a real team effort and I'm so excited with my purchase! I will definitely return. I understand the business has been established for 38 years. Ican certainly can understand why they have endured the test of time. Thanks so much for your assistance! Parking is ample and the location is easy to access. Go . . . you will not be disappointed.
