Fedex is probably the worst out of all the delivery places. They've spent millions on this beautiful facility but can't deliver on time. Packages are damaged and 2 weeks late more times than not.

I'm starting to get the impression that certain drivers don't care if they're delivering to the right address. This is happening way too frequently. If I see fedex on the shipping portion of an online order, I order from a different seller.

Absolutely wonderful person at the FedEx ground building. My delivery was 3 days late but is being taken care of. Sure is nice when people are happy doing their job! Thanks!

Six different packages not delivered this week. They make it here to Panama City, get marked as 'on FedEx vehicle for delivery', then are marked the next day as pending and are never seen or heard from again. A call to the main FedEx number, they tell me there are "delivery issues", put in a case, supposedly 'escalated', and no packages. Hopefully Walmart gets tired of refunding for lost orders and find a different carrier. I guess they figure this is a less affluent area so it's ok to screw us over.

Yesterday I found a package at my doorstep in my apartment complex. It was NOT mine, but was meant for a neighbor that lived I'm a building on the entire other side of the apartment complex! Our building numbers are nowhere near the same!Today, FedEx said they attempted delivery. I've been home all day. Not only did no one come to my door, but there was no FedEx vehicle at any point in the parking lot.Incompetent Liars.

I tried for 2 hours to get a live person on the phone, FedEx has it set up that you will never ever be able to talk with a real person.The automated system can never replace real person to person to solve every issue so they should have the option to talk to someone.Very frustrating experience.

26 Feb 23: Twice now Fed-Ex reported a box as delivered. They included a photo of it sitting by my front door. Only thing. Its not my front door its someone elses. To make mattes worse the photo of the first delivery at the door is not the same front door/home as the second photo for the second delivery. In other words they delivered two of my packages at two different homes.Now I'm expecting a delivery again, via Fed-Ex. I'm living in fear I'll see it notified as delivered but the photo will show a third different home.Fed-Ex is either stealing deliveries, suffering from total incompetence and management breakdown and/or full of people who have been pressed so hard they just don't care anymore.If this delivery isn't right I'm done ordering from any company that uses Fed-Ex

I've repeatedly told them to have the driver call me as they are delivering to a business that isn't open yet. Not once in several attempts has this happened.... this delivery has gone back and forth several times from Apalachicola to Panama and not ONCE have they contacted me. Now I get an email that the recipient rejected the package and it will be shipped back to who I bought it from.... I'M THE RECIPIENT and I was never contacted. Completely incompetent fed ex branch!!!!!

The representative knew less than I did... I gave the rep all the tracking information and nothing... therefore 15min later I'm now 15min older and I still didn't get what I was looking for? Wait isn't that a song? Anyway...

I have been getting Home Chef for a couple of years. Just moved to Panama City beach, FL a few weeks ago. These FedEx drivers can't seem to read a door number. Have found my package at the wring door, and thrown under a staircase so far. Very poor job performance
