They refused a prepaid shipment of breast milk intended for NICU babies because they said it's a liquid. After speaking to a FedEx representative they confirmed that breast milk is an exemption to the liquids rule and they were wrong in refusing it.

Open on the weekend, I had printed my own label & the box was ready to go. My visit was just a drop off, however I did note a sign stating they were unable to process any "phone/email" shipping labels. If I hadn't printed mine at home I would have had issues.

I consistently have issues dropping of fed ex smart post packages here. I explained on multiple occasions that they need to drop it in the fed ex box first, otherwise they delay the delivery of the package for a week. The last time I went there the woman who appears to be either a senior associate or manager argued with me telling me that I was incorrect although I explained that it is a fedex label and not a usps label. She continued to argue and used the excuse that they are just a ship center. To me, that is no excuse to not put items where they are supposed to go ,and to not educate yourself on proper shipping practices. The management really needs to re-educate the employees especially this particular one who cannot admit when she was wrong.
