This store is packed with merchandise that its hard to move around. However, the con to that is...they have a lot of selection. Check out is typically a slow process. Just make sure you have plenty of time and ready to shop. No in and out at this one folks.

This is by far my favorite Family Dollar in Bay County and I don't say that lightly. TJ., Red, and all the gang are the Best! I've seen them take people's things to their car and load them several times. Red came from behind the counter to help a lady with her debit card when it was declining instead of embarrassing her in front the line of people. The entire staff makes it their business to speak when you come in. There's a big population of people living without homes in the area but they treat everyone the same. I am a single Mom and an avid couponer never have they been impatient or had a problem helping me. I've never heard them be rude or have a disagreement with any patrons (I'm here almost daily because I work in walking distance). If the line is even getting long, someone comes to help on another register, unlike Walmart. Overall, I know there are at least 3 Family Dollar's within a couple of miles, I have 1 less than 1 mile from my house but I consider this store my home store because of the customer service they give.

This is an issue I am calling corporate about. I do not go in this store so I was unaware I could not have cash back. Till I pushed the cash back button and the store clerk TJ actually in front of customers decided it was OK to be disrespectful. Telling me I was dupose to ask permission and because of me he will get written up. He continues to be hateful and disrespectful as I am leaving. I told him I am OK if he can't give it to me as long as it don't cone out of my account he said I better hope everyone pays cash tonight

I was looking for a greeting card for my loved one and to my surprise they had a wide variety of cards. I had a hard time because there were so many good cards to choose from. So after mauling over many choices I had two that I really liked and they were so good I decided to go and buy both of them. Other than having a nice selection of greeting cards the store has just about anything that you would need or want. The store was very clean and the employees were very nice.
