Great experience renting from Enterprise at this particular location. My vehicle was in for repair at Classic Collision in Lynn Haven. Jacob and Alisha transported me there and back for pick up and drop off. They were excellent and personable.

I've rented quite a few times from Enterprise (Panama City, FL) and each time I say it's my last due to the lack of customer service; I'm never greeted, having a reservation with a scheduled pick up time means nothing; I've still had to wait HOURS for a vehicle and they have consistently been late picking me up. Their prices are fair and their vehicles very well maintained.UPDATE:I was not aware someone had reached out to me in reference to my review 7 years ago, but I can say 7 years later my experiences with Enterprise are MUCH improved. The location on 23rd Street in Panama City, Florida is usually my go to and I haven't been discouraged by long wait times and the unavailability of vehicles is forever. I recently, rented from the location at Dallas Love Airport and all the staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Marco was exceptional. Thanks for all you do to keep rentals reasonably priced, vehicles available and well-maintained. Also, the improvements to your customer service has not gone unnoticed or appreciated.

They do not answer their phones at all. I called more than 5 times and immediately put on hold. No answer just straight to hold. I had to go in person just to get them to answer. You would think they would answer when you are using on of their cars

Jacob checked me in to the Malibu. I enjoyed driving the vehicle. I was glad to have the coverage due to the storm that came through and the over night trip I had to make. It gave me peace of mind. Jacob was very professional and kind. No pushing any extras just explained thoroughly. I appreciate that. Great experience. Wish there were more discounts though.

Renting a vehicle after a car accident can be a bit stressful. But not with Jacob at the 23rd Street location in PC. Jacob was super from the moment he greeted us at the door, through the moment he handed us the keys. Jacob was at all times professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the process of car rental. There should be a “Jacob” at all places of business; transactions would go much more smoothly!

I tried renting a car from three different Enterpris Rent A Car. This one had the friendliest staff by FAR. Jordan helped me and he was fast, efficient, and extremely courteous. He explained everything included pointing out damage(scratches) that were already noted so I didn't have to worry about them. By far my best experience ever.

I wish there was a rating of -10 on the review because that is what I would give this car rental place. We went to pick up a car this Monday and had to return it that day because the air conditioning wasn't working. Then we receive a phone call not two days later that we had to return the because of maintenance which was a big inconvenience. Basically they arent making sure the cars are working properly before renting them out. Someone's either not doing their job or they just dont care. Additionally the customer service was terrible because instead of saying I'm so sorry let us make it right, they just acted like they didn't care and then forced us into a higher paying rental because that was all they had left. They also informed us there was no number for corporate. We would really like to be compensated for this because there is no excuse for poor customer service!!!
