Customer service at the Panama City Airport was outstanding. Very easy check in and getting the vehicle from the parking lot. Would recommend and use again.

Car was clean and ready but there was NO help getting the car seats from the counter to the vehicle! I had my hands full with two toddlers, two backpacks, a suitcase and stroller and was given two trash-bag wrapped car seats to “throw on the pile” and had to somehow get it all out to the parking lot without any help. Then the two kids ran around while I struggled to set them up and get the GPS/phone linked and everything and it just made for a VERY stressful arrival to Panama City. Thankful we won’t be coming through this location again.

The service is always top notch. Cars are always clean and in good repair. Their return option are usually very good. Most of the time someone is always waiting out in the return area to facilitate the return. My situation was a bit of an after hours return, so I had to walk into the airport to return the key to the drop box. I would most definitely rent from here again.

Enterprise's website allowed me to reserve four 15 passenger vans for the same day. A week before the rental date I called Enterprise to ensure I could get these four 15 passenger vans, and was assured there is nothing to worry about. The day of the event I tried to check in online for each reservation, but could only reserve one vehicle. I escalated the situation and was told there is no guarantee of what vehicles I would get, but if they could not give me the four vehicles requested, they would call. I could file a complaint against Enterprise, but it wasn't going to help the situation. They offered multiple minivans, but I told them I didn't have additional drivers.About 11:30 AM I received the call from the ECP Airport Enterprise: I was getting two 15 passenger vans, and 2 mini-vans. When I got to the airport I was told it was three vans and a minivan, but I had to leave a $400 deposit for each vehicle (estimated cost originally was under $200/vehicle). Jeremy was very helpful and removed the $400 deposit requirement. We left with two 15 passenger vans, a 12 passenger van, and a 7 passenger minivan, so our non-driver capacity had been reduced from 56 to 45. We were able to secure another 11 passenger van from a different source, bringing our total non-driver capacity back up to 55. I want to thank Patricia, Taja, and Jeremy at the ECP Airport Enterprise office. They were all very kind, courteous, and helpful. They bent over backwards to help us with a difficult situation which I feel was caused mostly by the Enterprise website allowing me to make the four reservations, and the online agent who assured me there would be no issues with this rental plan. Escalation services was also polite and offered condolences to our situation, but other than sending messages to the ECP Airport Enterprise office, could not really assist us in our time of need with practical solutions.

Picked up a one way rental at ECP for basically a day just to go home as my home airport couldn’t get me in until late that night. No complaints on pickup or staff. But the Dothan Al store is the pits, arrived 30 minutes prior to opening, no convenience drop allowed, ok whatever I’m early because I have other stuff to do but wait this employee is working on another car with a guest while they’re closed. They finally open up and I attempt to return the vehicle and get told to wait until the lady who’s actually been working for 30 minutes is back inside. She comes in overlooks me asks for next in line, another return and then announces to all other customers that are needing to make a return bring her the keys. I lost it in the lobby in front of everyone and really didn’t care. Hope they enjoy that $200 because I WILL NEVER rent Enterprise again EVER…ANYWHERE

We rented a car at ECP, they were efficient, friendly and great to work with. The attendant, James, received our car when we returned it. He was timely and super helpful as we had to catch a flight.

I paid for Sirrus radio, but it didn't work and the car had popcorn under the drivers seat from the last renter. I called twice about these issues and nobody every reached out to me about it after two complaints. Other than that, the car was nice. Lack of communication will have me renting elsewhere next time however.

Unsafe and unclean.First, let’s start with the positive – Rhonda was the Enterprise counter representative that checked out the vehicle when I picked it up. She is the quintessential customer-facing representative that all companies only wish they had. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Quite frankly, most Enterprise employees that I have interacted with over the years have these qualities; one of the reasons why I try to only rent from Enterprise. Now, the negative. The car was not thoroughly cleaned. A previous renter had either bled-out or spilled a Super-Gulp size soda on the front seat and the cleaners did not, or were not able to, properly remove the evidence. Then in the truck bed, there was evidence the truck was used for construction demo – what looked like sheet-rock debris, frayed rope and used screws (full disclosure - the water bottle in the picture may have been ours). I have rented Home Depot trucks that looked better than this vehicle. And now the most concerning, frustrating, and frankly, unsafe aspect of the vehicle – we were about 150 miles from the Enterprise location and realized the truck had a speed-limiter turned on. There are times when traveling on busy highways, one needs to speed up, in order to safely change lanes or get out of the way of vehicles that are fast approaching from the rear. Well, this vehicle would not allow us to accomplish that – because of this speed limiter. I called the Enterprise customer service line, they confirmed that it is not Enterprise’s policy to have speed limiters turned on. The operator transferred to me an Enterprise road-assist operator, who attempted to help, but this vehicle did not have the functionality/switch she instructed me to follow. Then I made three (3) attempts to talk to a PCB airport Enterprise representative to determine how I could turn off the speed limiter. Each time I called, I received the “…the customer service representative is currently helping another customer, please stay on the line”. That message would repeat for 3-4 times, then ask to call back later. There was no “please leave a message, and we will call you back later” function. So I was unable to get a hold of a airport Enterprise representative. If this is indeed this Panama City Beach Airport Enterprise location to limit the speed of their rental vehicles, I will utilize other rental agencies for my car renting needs.

Very simple process from reservation to pick up and drop off. Heather was very helpful during my pick up at ECP and even sent an email to ensure I had the best customer experience.
