Great experience hands down! Mr. EJ and his wide were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They worked with my daughter and I to get a great deal on a very nice car that I won't have to worry so much about breaking down as it comes with a warranty. I helped my daughter get her first car!

1 star is being far far to generous for their "business"...Horrible place. Sold me a car that was complete junk. Had it for a year and it has been In the shop for 6 months out of that year. Engine has had to be replaced, transmission oil cooler, transmission is going out as a result of the cooler going out, and the cv joint is bad. The car has cost me and additional 6000 out of pocket on top of the 14000 they charged for the vehicle. Was told by the salesman that if I had any issues that I should bring the car to him before running anything through my warranty and he would help in any way he could. About a month after the ink dried I noticed an issue with the car and went to him thinking he would be helpful in some way and he said, "what do you want me to do. It's not my problem." If Florida had a Lemon Law EJs sold me the perfect example of a Lemon. I wouldn't recommend this con artist dealer to my worst enemy. They seem friendly at first but beware of the wolf under the mask. -Ben-

By far worst used car dealership in the Florida Panhandle. We bought a truck financed thru my bank. When we got to the dealership my son had concerns about the check engine light, and rust he found under the recently put on fender flares. WE had already signed papers unfortunately and was advised by the owners words it is a sensor and has no issues but if you do please let me know and we will fix or compensate any issues to include rusting other than the fender. We have literally just made the second payment the truck is not drivable, has to have new cam shaft, control arms and timing system. The truck had to be towed due to these issues. We also found the floor board on the passenger side is literally rusted thru as well as the bed of the truck which is covered with a liner that had been installed. My bank is even shocked at the behavior of this dealership and their hidden agendas that is now gonna cost us in excess of $4000 to get it up and running again. WE have given them fair chance to make this right and they have ghosted us entirely. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE if you want a running vehicle. Yes we signed an as is purchase but we were also given the word of the owner that this truck had no issues. And do not let them tell you they do not know about things, because it was obvious when they started disecting the issues it had been recently repaired. They do not even deserve ONE STAR!!!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from EJ's Autoworld and I was completely satisfied with the process from start to finish. The owners of the company were hands-on and very helpful. The financing was a bit of a challenge, but with their assistance, the issue got resolved efficiently. They have a solid selection of vehicles at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
