Friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen assisting my rental. Rental counter is inside the teeny tiny PCB airport. Pick up of car is easy and clear to see.

Returned car dirty on outside cause it was raining and it's a beach filled car and completed cleaned out car at gas station . Charged 400 dollars for outside cleaning . Cs said we smoked in car we don't smoke .spoke to manager and cleared up . Refunded money
