Exceptional service from Discount Towing company! Quick response, professional staff, and they handled my vehicle with care. The driver, Tom, was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable towing or roadside assistance!

Called yesterday for a tow from North Fountain. Lady that took my call was rude and argumentative. Finally told her to forget it. There are other towing companies with much better customer service skills. Not recommended unless you want an unpleasant experience.

Service and everything was good but driver said that they couldn't allow passengers to ride so had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to come pick me up wish I would have known that in the beginning

I had a great experience overall with their service. They were very transparent and communicative on the phone which made it easy to schedule. Additionally, the driver, Thomas, was amazing!!! He was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and super personable. It was honestly very pleasant and Thomas was a rockstar. He even gave me recommendations of best and cheapest mechanics in my area to fix some cosmetic damage. Highly recommend them and ask for Thomas!

It would be wise to use cones to block off a parking lot row so that multiple cars don't pile up not being able to get through or get out when they are loading a vehicle on their truck. At Sam's club during busy hours of holiday shopping and as I suggested for them to put cones out so people will know to not go down that row he tells me that he don't have to have cones that that's what the light on his truck is for. Well guess what buddy, it isn't easily seen with all the other cars around. Instead of going the extra mile to put a cone down at the front of the aisle to prevent people from wanting to drive through, let's just cause an accident in the parking lot while I almost got hit by a vehicle backing up while I was trying to back up out of the lane to get out and had to lay on my horn. Rude!

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he picked up my Z06 corvette today. This man was great! Respected and treated my car and my girlfriend and myself the same way. Absolutely terrible service!!! I wouldn't recommend this business to anybody. They need to hire someone else to take calls. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean you have to display that!! Anybody looking for anything to be towed, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Wish I could leave 0 stars!

I thought I had Roadside assistance with my insurance company. I do, but not on the vehicle that I had an issue with. I ended up going ahead and using the roadside assistance through my insurance company. I wish I would have called Discount Towing directly. I probably would have saved some money. That and the money that was spent would have all gone to this local business. I will say that Allen with Discount Towing made it to me in almost no time at all. I did not have to wait a long time. Also, Allen was very polite, professional and tended to my car as if it were his own. No damage to the car at all. And he showed common courtesy and respect for somebody else's property, which is a big plus. If Allen does read this review, thank you buddy you did a great job And I would not hesitate to use your services again.
