The insurance is the cheapest I've been able to find. The staff is not friendly or efficient at all. You have to wait forever while they're on the phone or finishing up with a customer on the phone. One lady actually took out something and started eating while she was trying to me. And then acting like I was stupid because I didn't want certain extras. She smiled at the end though. I just don't understand why people seem so miserable to actually have a job that keeps roof over their heads? Nowadays most places make you feel like you're bothering them for being a customer. I'm giving it three stars because the rates are the best. Too bad the people aren't.

Ms. Francis was an amazing agent to with and went the extra to mile help me work out issues I didn’t know I had. Instead of the old handle that then call me back routine she sought solutions and engaged my problem as hers personally. Ask for Francis if you enjoy a rep who cares for her customers
