This place helped me out big time with tires. They found a used match at a great price for my wife’s car and patched a tire on my car that other local establishments wouldn’t repair due to corporate policies. We will definitely be back for more service when needed.

Went there on a referral and Omg! They are super professional, very polite and the best in the business. This veteran was very pleased to have found them and encourage anyone who's having problems with there vehicle to take it there and prepare to be amazed!

Read the sign on the wall inside that says, "not responsible for hubs hub caps wheels ect". It should just say NOT RESPONSIBLE.

Their tires are shoddy, with many having plugs or are defective in some way. Brought 2 tires and had to replace both of them as they went flat within hours of my purchase. Management gets hostile and defensive when the customer wants issues with tires fixed. They have a no refund policy, which is absurd taking into account the poor quality tires sold there.

We went on vacation and had a blow out. Decided to come here and get a used tire waited about 45 minutes which was fine. People in there were friendly. But the tire was deflated the next day would not hold air. So we then had to put a donut back on an we decided to take it to another place down from our hotel and they told us the tire was patched inside by this business an patched also Incorrectly. Spent near 100 on a tire that kept going flat and took time from our vacation. Please make sure the tires you get here are worth it.

I’ll keep this simple. I called and talked to Chris and he said they had the tires I needed. I stated I can be there a half hour before closing and he said that would be great to come on in.
It was another story when I came in. The person I talked to said that they could not take me even though I was there earlier than half an hour before. It was a major hassle because I was coming in from out of town and made my tire store choice based on Chris’ word that they could take me and do the service.
That was not the case. Zero out of 10, would not recommend. Very disappointed.

These guys are AWESOME! They quoted me a price that was way less than half of what Venetian Auto wanted to charge me. Honest & friendly staff. Will be taking my car there from now on. If I could give them more stars I would.

Awful experience. Traveling into PCB for weekend in travel van. Had a blowout and needed to replace all tires before going home. Sarah assured us the 4 day lead time we gave her was plenty and she could have six tires ready for install 7:30 am this morning. We explained we needed to be early appointment so we could get back home. She required full payment over phone with no mention of 3% additional fee if using a credit card. Had we known, we simply would have given a debit card. She would not reverse that charge.
Today we arrived for our 7:30 am install and NO TIRES (no phone call). Best they could do is have them by noon. 2:00pm still NO TIRES.
They provided no compensation for the 6.5 hours that we sat in their waiting room.
Would not refund without a restocking fee - so we’re stuck. What a TERRIBLE way to do business.

Scratched the surface of the rim . They never told me and rushed me away . They charged me $169 more than a dealer at home, but that’s ok because I needed a tire . Paying more than usual is expected because we are from out of town. They know that they can get a way with it ! So thank you for fixing the tire and scratching my rim. GOD bless you and your family and I will pray for y’all .
